Let me start by saying DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE. I used to come here ALOT, even so that I have a rewards account setup by my phone number, but I will NEVER get my nails done here. The lady who did my nails was quiet so no complaints with that but WHY were my nails doing this bubble/lifting thing with the polish not even 12 hours later?? I go in on Monday morning because I was pissed and the ladies were VERY RUDE and told me to come back tomorrow. It wasn't until I was very assertive letting her know I have to work did she say have a seat and it will be about an hour. EXCUSE ME?!? Fine. I've had three services done here. All three were rushed and very sloppy. The third was a fill-in of which I was charged $50 for a truly banged up set of nails. Instead of replacing a broken nail, they built it up with acrylic so I have one extra thick nail. I will NEVER return to this nail salon. I wish I could give them negative zero stars. I've only been twice. The first visit was good. So I returned for a second time, and my nails (sns) were done by Trang Huynh. The first red flag was that she was working SUPER FAST! I had to keep stopping her because she was not covering my nails well with the powder because she was speeding through the process. So to make a long story short, after a few days, the top coat started peeling and cracking, (see photos) and my natural nails started chipping because the gel she applied was super thin and I don't have nail tips on top of my natural nails. So, I returned to the salon to show them my nails and asked if they could fix them. We'll they called a guy to the front and when I explained to him the issue, he says that I should have called them 2-3 days after I noticed it. Well, first of all, this shouldn't have happened after 2 or 3 days, but I had taken pictures that are date stamped, and he refused to look at them. This is HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I showed him the shabby job that this Trang person did. She would speedily apply the adhesive and dip my nails without checking the coverage. I will NEVER RETURN to this salon, and I suggest no one else does either if you want to get the quality nail service you pay for. The only suggestion he gave was that he could fix my nails but that I would have to pay full price again. Really??!! I just paid you $45 one week, and then you want me to pay another $45 a week later? He sounded like a zip dang fool! They will NEVER get my service again, and I will make sure I let family and friends know not to support this business. They are all about the money and care nothing about the customer. Now I see why they hardly have customers. Keep treating people like this, and this business will fail. People work too hard for their money to give it away for piss poor customer service. Terrible terrible terrible place. I told the manager I was not satisfied with my nails. I had already been in salon since 1:30 I didn't leave until 3:30 with a pedicure and a fill in the fill in was done terribly. It was rushed the lady chose the wrong color I realized when I got the ring when it came time for my pedicure. While the manager is fixing it the lady who did my fill in proceeds to SHOUT at me from across the salon. I do not go back and forth with anyone about anything. That was very unprofessional and the manager literally allowed it he acted as if she hadn't said anything. I decided to visit Nail Care Spa in Conyers after my coworker referred me to Kenny, the person who does her pedicure. She made an appointment for me for 6pm. I got there and he was finishing up with another customer. I looked on IG to see their nail work since most of the photos on here were basic manicures. I decided to inquire about getting an ombré fullset. The guy at the front desk told me it would be $50 or $55. Not sure how he quoted the price because I didn't see a price list posted in the salon. I decided to look at the glow in the dark colors they had available. For whatever reason the guy told me that the mood change glow in the dark color that I preferred was a full nail color only and they couldn't do the ombré. After that I decided to go with another color that they could do the ombré with. Kenny came over to do my pedicure and showed me the service options and stated gel polish would be an extra $20 in addition to the pedicure. Their basic pedicure was $20 and with gel it would be $40; which my coworker said she pays $30 for and most other shops charge the same price. I opted to not get the gel polish. According to IG, Amy is one of their best nail techs so I asked Kenny if Amy was there and he told me that she was on vacation. Shortly after Michael came over to take off the current full set I had. I was very apprehensive in my head because he was a man and typically they tend to be a little rough. Which was true. He did not do a soak off but instead used the clippers and took off a lot of my real nails with the fake nails. One of them tore along the side of my nail bed. After my pedicure was done Michael took me over to his table to finish the full set. He started asking if I was married or had children then made a joke about me waiting on him, which I didn't think was very funny. Something told me I should have asked for another nail tech then but I was trying to give him a chance. Before he started to do the top coat I told him that my nail bed wasn't filed down evenly at the cuticle and they were bumpy, sitting on my skin, and not smooth as they should be. He stated to me that if he file down the nail some more the nude wouldn't cover the ombré color, which he placed too high when he started my nails. He proceeded to file the cuticle area down anyway and cut me several times in the process. By then end of the service I was unsatisfied. My left thumb was bleeding on both sides and all the nails on my right hand the cuticle was cut and burned when he wiped the alcohol over my nails. Also, you could see the line between the layers he did in my full set. It was not a smooth transition on my nail bed. Needless to say I wouldn't visit them again. pedicure was fine service wise. I was not impressed with the nail service and it's overpriced. Update: a week later and a couple of my nails are lifting. I'll be getting them taken off very soon because it'll end up ripping my nail off. read more

I would give -10 stars if I could. I walked in asked for my eyebrows to be done. I was told to go to a back room and let myself in when there was people already in there. I apologized and awkwardly stood outside waiting my turn. It was then my turn so I asked where to go and she had me sit in a chair. I've never had my brows done in a chair, should've been my 1st indication that something was going to go wrong. I asked for this verbatim, "I want you to clean them up and arch them, PLEASE DON'T MAKE THEM TO THIN." She didn't even respond, should've been my 2nd indication. She began to do my brows when another girl walked in wearing NO SHOES. IN A "sterile" room. I was uncomfortable as they spoke the entire time and her breath smelled. In my face. She kept going taking way longer than usual, should've been my 3rd indication. The girl left after 15 minutes of talking to my wax lady in another language and showing her videos on her phone. She then bumped into the lady when she was doing my brows. Giggled and left. At this point I just want to leave, but being polite I let her finish. I then was handed a mirror and was HORRIFIED. MY brows are pencil thin and they look terrible. She insisted it was exactly what I asked for. Y'all. In what WORLD would someone ask for these brows. I freaked out saying this wasn't what I wanted and said I wanted to leave. I went to the front to pay and she ran out saying I didn't have to. For my SNS nails the tech sanded down the acrylic instead of soaking it off, which may have been faster for him but unfortunate for me because it left the acrylic dust all over my clothes and bag. Been to this nail salon 3 times in the last 2 months. All 3 times, my nails lifted in less than 2 weeks. They also are very inconsistent with pricing. I asked for a Luxury Organic pedicure, it was within an hour of closing time. The luxury pedicure was supposed to include everything that you receive in a deluxe pedicure, in addition to a paraffin wax dip, and a hot stone massage. I received neither during my service. But, she still tried to quote me the FULL price of the Organic Luxury Pedicure. I told them that I didn't receive all of the services that were supposed to come with the pedicure and that all I received were the services for a regular deluxe pedi. Both people at the front desk looked as though they were surprised that I noticed they shortchanged me. Run. I went here twice. The first time, my SNS nails lifted within one week-- less than 5 days. My pedicure was around $40 and my calluses were not removed. I called the manager and complained about the SNS lifting on my nails and how the technician tried to leave me with the grief up powder all over my hands ( I had to ask her to remove it because the soap couldn't) and he offered to had them redone. I showed up a few days after my complaint. He remembered my conversation and offered the same technician to re-do my nails. I stated no and another technician worked on my nails and again my nails were lifting in less than five days. The SNS powder was applied over my cuticles, so this is what jet causing the lifting. The place was not they great looking on the inside. Yes, the chandeliers are nice and expensive, but when you look closely the attention to detail just is not there. After 8 days, everything popped off two nails like they were cheap press on nails, and a third broke in half. I returned and was informed I would have to pay for repairs, or I would have to pay for removal.There was no concern for the poor service and no attempt to fairly resolve my dissatisfaction. They just did not care. PERIOD. Went to a different salon for a do-over and discovered that this salon had improperly applied acrylic over my tips and then the SNS powder on top of that.
