Booking was easy and I received text confirmation for my appointment. I also got a reminder text for my appointment with the option and details on how to make any updates or adjustments. I got to the salon right on time and was greeted warmly. I got a full explanation on what was happening at each step and the care and maintenance for the lashes when everything was over. The salon was in nice shape and is practicing social distancing and requiring everyone to wear a mask. I'll definitely be going back for additional services!

Not to mention, this salon wanted to charge me $22 for eyebrow threading, when on Yelp it clearly says it should cost $14. In my experience $22 is a price I would pay for a premium service at a much cleaner or higher end threading boutique. This place is not that...not even close. In the middle of the service, she says she can't do my eyebrows because I can't pull my skin tight enough, and asks me if I can remove my contact lenses for her lol...mind you, she has no other clients in the salon at the time! I think she was just in a bad mood, or perhaps it's the poor customer service that's the reason she's not busy today. Probably because the locals know better. I should've trusted my gut and went to Saylah Threading on Amsterdam Ave instead. My girl at Saylah always does an excellent job with no extra requirements on behalf of the customer and charges half the iiprice in a spa setting! The big windows , music and design allow for a peaceful and elevated experience. Upon walking in, I was greeted by the staff and Alexus immediately went to work on my toe polish change. Upon here arrival, Ashlyn went head and soaked off and drilled my current set off. Once she was complete and Sydney was ready to apply the acrylic, I switched chairs. Sydney did a fantastic job on the application and shaping of my nails. Ashlyn did some filing and polishing as well on my set.
