I left very happy with my haircut (best I've had in years). If I had one critique, it would be for the whole crew to be more welcoming when a customer walks in. Nobody was rude, just a bit flat demeanor-wise. It wasn't until I sat down with Kate that I felt welcomed in. Maybe I just caught the crew on a tough day or near the end of the day.
