They dumped a bunch of rock in, then cut 28 plantings holes in it to install some ground cover. Two weeks later they still had not shown up to plant the creeping thyme; three weeks later they said sorry, we couldn't get the plants; then they just stopped responding to emails or calls. Did not even offer to come back and re-cover the ugly holes, I had to do that myself. Three years later the yard is a butchered mess and I am going to have to hire somebody else to try and fix it. Horrible, expensive experience.

I called again asking for the name of the existing shrubs, and was told they couldn't access the information at that time but would call me back. After a third call a few days later, I was finally given the shrub names and told I was "in the system" and should expect a follow-up. Unfortunately, I never received the estimate or any follow-up communication. It's disappointing to have someone come to your home, seem helpful in person, and then completely drop off with no follow-through. This situation also set me back on my spring landscaping plans. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.
