Usually, everything is either our fault or the repair team before them who came out (even if they were the ones who did the repair)! Alex came out, knew his stuff and had us running ASAP!!!! They came to my house and made a repair on pvc pipe leaking and a couple of o rings that needed to…read morebe replaced. The original quote was 300 and they ended up charging me 438. The tech that came out was not able to figure out the angle on the pipe that he was replacing and ended up using a putty which I agreed to. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. My reason for my review not being a five is that the quote was nearly fifty percent more than anticipated for a simple pvc pipe repair and o ring replacement. I tried to speak to the company and they were not willing to come any closer to their original quote. Beware of the price you are quoted as it may end up much higher than expected.
