I will be building a new house next year and I will defiantly call them out. Honesty goes a long way. It's so hard these days knowing who you can trust. They came on Friday to give a second opinion when a competitor quoted me a $14k complete replacement because my compressor was "dead" and would no longer function because of its age. The tech on Friday correctly diagnosed high superheat, and noted that the compressor was operating within expectations at off-design conditions. A root cause was not identified, but we had good guidance to work from and survive the weekend. On Monday, they came back out to follow up on the poor performance that persisted through the weekend. Despite leading them with the wrong suggested diagnosis, the tech evaluated the problem thoroughly and quickly found the root cause. The A/C was back to normal by Tuesday and will last several more years. Both times, the techs were inquisitive, knowledgeable, and honest. Great service and great values make this company worth your business.

Since installation, we have had nothing but problems. They had to come out numerous times for a/c units not working properly-not cooling or turning on. This went on for over a year. We requested replacement but they refused. At one point, one of the units leaked all over my newly painted wall and completely destroyed my floor (new construction). Finally, they discovered that the unit FROM THE MANUFACTURER was defective and had to order parts. In the meantime, we replaced the floor ourselves and repainted the wall. After several attempts at getting the correct part for the repair, they finally got it taken care of. NOW THEY WANT US TO PAY THEM $800 FOR REPAIRS! They sold us a defective unit which cost us heavily in damage and have the nerve to ask us for labor costs! BUYER BEWARE!
