They took care of all…read morethe paperwork and permits and gave me 10% more solar capacity for 10 percent less money than Tesla wanted. Sold, and they did. They drafted up the whole HOA proposal, filed it and paid the permit fees. Dealt with everything from the energy provider. The HOA proposal was 18 pages long, and they wrote it. And the cost was less than Tesla wanted. Of course, Tesla came back and said, hey, we'll match that price. But at this point, it's too late. Like, why do I want to go back to you guys? Tesla energy is hard to work with and was being unreasonable. I signed the contract moved on, bought it from solstice. No regrets. I did still get the Tesla powerwall 3 and Tesla controller. Trying to get anyone to listen or take accountability has been a nightmare - a lot of fingering pointing to Palmetto Energy or Centerpoint or Enlighten ( my original panels) and EVERYONE, lawyers included, agree this is on Fastrac. To make it even more frustrating - Fastrac is saying that I can't have multiple systems - and acted like I was violating my PPA with Palmetto...well that should have been apparent there were multiple systems when you literally designed this new array around my existing array and had to coordinate with Enlighten. Working with Palmetto and Enlighten and Centerpoint still - it's gonna cost me $$ to get this right. Please use someone else.

Now they don't reply to phone calls, texts, or emails. We've had probably 6 or 7 serious roof leaks due to their poor installation and they have come out multiple times to fix them. They told me leaks are normal. If the job is done properly, leaks are not normal. I found this out from a regional solar outfitter. Nivo is probably the worst of any company I've ever worked with. They were not able to fix my problem today but explain to me what is wrong and why they can't fix it today but they with check with other people in the industry to see if they know someone come and fix our problem. Then, he was personally involved in installing the panels and all of the associated wiring, and in explaining how the system worked. In follow-up, he has always been readily available to tweak things, like when we changed our wifi network and needed to reconnect to the MyEnlighten system to monitor the amount of electricity being produced. I expect that we will expand our system in the future and add additional features, like a battery pack. Guy & KNS are highly recommended if you are looking to put in solar. The experience was five stars all the way, and I would give more stars if the rating system allowed it!
