I originally requested the Dryer vent be cleaned because my dryer was heating, but not drying after I purchased the home only a few weeks ago. He came out to inspect my vents to see if there was a need for sanitization, and to clean the vent, and thank goodness he did. Not only did he find mold in my AC unit, but he found that the dryer vent was completely disconnected and taped off. He quoted me, got the parts, and went above and beyond any expectations I ever had. He and his team came out today and cleaned the mold, sanitized the vents, installed a purifier that will keep that will help keep my air clean, and also fixed the issue with the vent so I can finally use my washer and dryer again!
