What a great company. We made an out of state move & had unexpected A/C issues at the house last minute. The house is being sold so we needed someone to repair the A/C unit & we had them clean the ductwork as well. We were already gone to our new home out of state so I needed to find someone to trust, to go in & do the work without us being there. The owner sqeezed us in & went to the house & gave an estimate the same day I called! The house was going on the market & it needed to be repaired ASAP. The crew came the next day & started the job. They found a mold issue that had to be remediated & they took care of it all!!! I got pics of things during the estimate process and throughout the repair process. Ivan did a great job communicating with me & getting all the pics of all the components being repaired. He made the stressful situation so reassuring. Called to make an appointment to get my mother's AC serviced. A technician was able to go the same day. Since I was not there and don't live locally he communicated with me via text, voice and pictures regarding his findings. I was able to see clearly the parts that needed replacing. Maintenance was done and all needed parts replaced. He sent me pictures of all that was replaced and clearly explained what he did and the condition the AC was in so I could plan for the future. Simon and his workers did a very good job maintaning the A/C , disinfecting the air ducts and doing the necessary work for the A/C to blow clean air such as replacing the UV light.
