Also requested that Chase not contact me by mail, phone, text, fax, or in person for an eternity. Guess, What, it started all over in 2018. I spoke to a supervisor Eve and explained that this was my second time to request having my personal home address, removed. SO IF UNSOLICITED BULK MAIL IS NOT ENOUGH, GET THIS; on the unsolicited bulk mail there is absolutely NO information to OPT out, NO contact number for customer service. The ONLY thing on these solicitations is a web address to sign up. Very ONE sided to the consumer. As I explained to the supervisor, it people are NOT responding, they are not interested. Chase needs to STOP, as this is an unnecessary waste of resources, paper, people, and waste to the landfills. Chase has all their information on the website if the consumer is interested they will contact Chase. For any consumer that wishes to have their address and previous address removed from the mailing list do the following; 1. Contact the main number for this location and ask to be removed. 2. MUST ASK FOR ALL PREVIOUS ADDRESSES AND CURRENT. If you own more than one residence ask for these addresses too! 3. VERY IMPORTANT, IN ADDITION TO THE MAILING LIST, ASK TO BE REMOVED FROM ALL SUBSIDIARIES, ALL THRID PARTY ASSOCIATIONS. 4. ASK FOR NO CONTACT BY PHONE, TEXT, FAX, OR IN PERSON.
