Sometimes I've boarded her, which usually causes her to be reluctant the next time we go for day care. Not at Pups and Pals! She is so excited every morning! The daily schedule allows for group play and indoor rest. The staff evaluates the dogs' personalities, size, and energy levels before putting them in a group. Playtime includes best friends, lots of cuddles and kisses, pools in the summer, and always playscapes. They go out anywhere between 6-8 times a day, with breaks in their air conditioned suites. The building is super nice, very new, and the play areas have K9 grass that keeps their paws nice and clean. I especially like that it is hosed every night. BTW there's a groomer onsite! Just a heads up -- it's hard to see the marquis from the 1st street entrance. You really need to know what you're looking for! April and I give Pups and Paws 4 paws up!

They offer grooming sessions, daycare, and boarding all which my girl enjoyed. The staff is very nice and all love dogs, and my pup is always excited to come back. The grooming session was mixed with daycare so you drop off in the morning and pick up I the afternoon. You describe what you want and how short to cut their hair. The groomer did a great job with my girl where she looked and smelled great. The daycare and boarding went very well too where I received photos of her daily playing outside with staff. They have some additional options when you check in to enhance your dog's experience and comfort. Overall they take great care of your loved one.

I appreciate the simplicity to their process and extremely reasonable pricing. Staff are always friendly and they do decent departure baths so our girl is fresh and clean on her way home! I will say they could improve communication at times--sometimes emails don't get answered too promptly or they've forgotten a bath before. I also wish they could give more photos/updates of how our dog is doing and what her run looks like, but understand it's more of a no-frills place and she always come home doing just fine, so not a reason to avoid at all. Definitely recommend!
