Last week, I noticed a small crack of about 1 1/2 inches. There is no chip, just a crack. It's hard to see unless the light is right. I called and advised them. They told me that the warranty only covers leaks around the seal; it has nothing to do with the glass. I don't like being lied to. Funny that way.

Nothing humbles you faster than a cracked windshield. Thankfully, these folks know exactly what they're doing. When I went down I was treated as a friend and a valued customer. The two in the shop definitely kept it lively. I'm not going to identify/shame the individual by name, but the person responsible for intake in Ashland is incompetent, and you'll find yourself frustrated with the shop's inability to provide basic customer service. They make commitments, fail to meet them and then just make excuses.
