Got back to our RV and noticed the front end seemed toed out by about half an inch. Called a couple shops that were getting 5 stars on yelp and they highly recommended custom automotive. Talked to Roy and he worked us into his schedule considering our travel plans. He called out a broken belt on one of the front tires that we had not noticed. Being carpy OEM tires we decided to have them all replaced which required us to go to a tire shop. What Ram puts junk tires on a $70k truck I can't understand. Roy had us bring the truck back to him so he could recheck the alignment. Truck drives like it should have off the lot. Roy and team managed our issue, performed their alignment and inspected our front end to ensure we were safe to travel and the cost was extremely reasonable! I'm sure they hadn't run my truck in over a year so they just jumped in and start it which ended up sticking a valve. They handed me back the truck and said it runs rough because of bad gas to just get good gas in it and it will be fine. They lied the truck wouldn't even start the next day and the company is closed on the weekend Then I call Tim's auto, Tim answers the phone I tell him the issues and he tells me he will come get it. I say no need I have insurance they will come get it he tells me no I have my trailer ready to go. Tim came and got the truck for free then knowing that I needed the truck worked late to get my truck back to me with in a day and kept me in the loop on everything that's going on. You don't find this in many shops and he's honest something that truly doesn't happen much any more specially when dealing with older model vehicles not everything can be diagnosed on the computer.
