Last week, I noticed a small crack of about 1 1/2 inches. There is no chip, just a crack. It's hard to see unless the light is right. I called and advised them. Jim's intervention addressed my issues with the Ashland shop and has restored my faith in buying local. Initial one-star review: Do yourself a favor and work with Bill's Glass in Medford instead. I'm not going to identify/shame the individual by name, but the person responsible for intake in Ashland is incompetent, and you'll find yourself frustrated with the shop's inability to provide basic customer service. They make commitments, fail to meet them and then just make excuses. Sorry, I know it's inconvenient to have to travel to Medford when we have a Bill's glass in town, and I believe it's important to support local businesses. But without dramatically improved customer service in Ashland you will be frustrated and, several weeks later wind up going to Bill's in Medford anyway.
