I went only because my brother didn't want to go alone; I was not enthusiastic about going. But I really enjoyed it! We took the shuttle instead of the RV because it has more windows. It was a fun three hours seeing locations from the show and hearing Luigi's anecdotes about his experiences with the actors during the filming. The drop-off location in Old Town is different than where the tour begins, which was a little disorienting. Being out-of-towners, I wish we'd thought to print out a map of Old Town to make finding our way back to the parking lot easier. But that was part of the adventure, and Old Town is charming and delightful. Highly recommended if you liked Breaking Bad! read more

I was really nervous about going on this tour during COVID times, but it couldn't have been better. The RV seating was social distanced and everyone wore masks. My two daughters and I sat in the back and really enjoyed the tour guide, the interior of the RV and the videos. We stopped at least 25 times at different locations where the show was filmed. The guide was knowledgeable and entertaining. The tour started at 9 am and the ride was cool with AC and open windows. We stopped for breakfast at Twisters aka Los Pollos Hermanos for breakfast burritos. And the tour ended at a cool Breaking Bad gift shop. I'm really glad we went even though I had to get up at 5 am on vacation to make it to Albuquerque by 9 am. If you're thinking about doing this tour - go for it! read more

Booked the RV tour but the RV had a service issue so we ended up going in the shuttle bus instead. Tour gave a nominal credit for not being able to go in the RV. Would have liked to but it is what it is. Not the end of the world. Luigi was our driver and guide. He worked with the show in some capacity (as a driver, I think. LOL) so he told us a lot of cool stories about story changes, locations and little known facts. We went around to a bunch of different sites. About 20+. Though, many were simply drive-bys. Things to know before booking: 1. The pickup location is not all that easy to find (at least it wasn't for me!) so make sure you allow plenty of time to get there and find them. They tell you multiple times that they leave on time and will not wait and will not give refunds so I was freaking out that they were going to leave without me. Thankfully, I found them in time. 2. You WILL NOT be able to get out of the shuttle and take pics at each location. I understand that it would be too much to corral people in and out at each stop but I didn't realize this when booking so I had expectations of being able to get out. All in all, I enjoyed the tour and all the little stories Luigi told us like "Do you know the reason behind why Heisenberg wore the hat?" I didn't know!! I was in town for the Balloon Fiesta with my parents who didn't watch the show so the tour worked out for me as I was able to have someone take me around to all the locations. That said, if you're someone who really wants to go at your own pace and take your pics without the obstruction of a shuttle window, just Google and get a list of the locations and drive around yourself. After finishing the entire Breaking Bad series and El Camino, my boyfriend and I decided to visit Albuquerque to visit the related Breaking Bad sites. This tour was totally worth it! We had a lot of fun with Frank and Jackie, who were our guides. They were very knowledgeable and provided a wealth of information related to Breaking Bad, Better Call Saul, and El Camino. There were plenty of neat sites. We loved the burritos from Twisters (aka Los Pollos Hermanos) which were included on the tour. We highly recommend this tour and will be suggesting it to our friends back home in Alamogordo, NM. Being a huge Breaking Bad fan , I of course had to stop and take this tour as I traveled across country to Memphis . I signed up last minute late in the evening and was lucky to find an open spot and I arrived the next morning where I might the great Tours by Luigi .. Luigi was such an amazing tour guide for so many reasons .. not only did he know all of the great trivia and stories that he told us at each location - what was really special was how passionate he was about Breaking Bad and the genuine friendships he had formed with the cast and crew members and the people who had allowed BB to use their businesses as locations . Everywhere we went , Luigi was greeted by warm smiles as we went thru more then 17 locations . Luigi also had so many great behind the scenes stories to share that were real gems that you wouldn't hear anywhere else .. the three hour tour went by so quick ..Luigi even went above and beyond the time limit and showed us some extra things not shown on every tour and showered us with little Breaking Bad trivia presents .. I wasn't even part of the tour when my son pointed out the RV sitting there in old town Albuquerque. We approached the RV to take pictures of it when we saw the crew, I clouding this super cool dude, eeehm I mean Heisenberg. He was so happy to take pictures with us and invited us to hop onto the RV to check it out!! Soo cool! So amazing!!! That was so nice of them! Really bummed with the way I was treated here. I don't doubt that this is an awesome tour as everyone says. I was really excited to check it out and show off my tattoo of Heisenberg. I planned my 5-day stay in Albuquerque around it. Booked online 2 weeks in advance. The morning of the tour, as I was driving to get breakfast before heading over to the tour site, I received a voicemail saying that the tour was cancelled because I was the only one that booked. Apparently, this was a pilot to test out the demand for Mondays. Really upsetting. I was leaving for Phoenix in 2 days and had no chance to book another tour. I didn't see a refund either so I e-mailed and then called them. Finally received the refund and they offered to give me a voucher for a free tour. The owner seemed nice and that was a nice offer but it's useless to me since I don't intend to come back to Albuquerque. This is really not the right way to treat customers. This tour company exists because of tourists, people coming in from out of town. They have to be considerate of the fact that people book travel around tours and rely on the integrity of the company. What could they have done? They could have driven me around despite the lack of other customers. Not such a crazy idea. They took a business risk testing a new day. There are businesses that take pride in their customer service and reputation even if it means they have to lose money. Or they could have paid attention to the fact that several days prior to the tour, no one else had booked. They could have asked me if I wanted to hop on the Saturday or the Sunday tour - I was in town and I could have re-arranged my sightseeing schedule. They could have tried to accommodate me somehow to make sure I got to experience the tour but they just decided to wait until the morning of the tour to see if someone else would book and finish their experiment. Made me feel like a total guinea pig. Just inconsiderate to the clients that their business depends on. Book at your own risk. It might be an amazing experience or you might get kicked to the curb. read more

This is a MUST for anyone who is a fan of Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul. As others have mentioned, you travel in the a replica of the RV from Breaking Bad that is filled with tons of memorabilia from the show. We saw so many places from Jessie's house, Walt's house, the car wash and the super lab just to name a few. We saw at least 22 different locations!! Frank and Jackie (tour guides) share so much insight to the show and some of the scenes that were shot. On the day we took the tour we were lucky to have a special guest on board, Mike's (Jonathan Banks) double on the show Better Call Saul!! Check out the pictures below!! He was able to share even more insight to the show and what it is like to be on the set! While on the tour they played many clips from the show which was really fun to look out the RV window to see a specific location then look at the screen and see it on the show. They had many insight of tid bit information that you would never know unless you went on this tour. I would highly recommend this tour and consider it a "Must Do" while in Albuquerque!! You wont be disappointed. Make sure to stop by and see the Candy Lady either before or after the tour. The store is just a block away from where you board the RV. My family from Virginia and Texas drove all the way to Albuquerque specifically for this tour. It was a gift for my little sister's high school graduation. We arrived in the early afternoon in Old Town where the RV was parked. Right next to it, there is a little store filled with Breaking Bad merchandise. I purchased a BB shot glass, and the man working there was really nice. The store also gives discounts on merch for anyone who goes on the tour. After that, we met our tour guide Frank, and he was incredibly friendly and very knowledgeable on all things Breaking Bad, Better Call Saul, and El Camino. Frank also surprised us with a celebrity guest.. Brock from Breaking Bad! His real name is Ian and he was really kind and stayed for the entire tour. Once our tour began, we visited pretty much every important location in Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul: Jesse's house, the car wash, Walt's house, etc. For lunch, we were able to go into the actual Los Pollos Hermanos (currently called Twisters), and ate pork burritos that were very tasty! Frank also did trivia throughout the tour and gave prizes to the winners. Overall, it was an outstanding experience. If you are a fan of the Breaking Bad universe, I highly recommend. Myself and my family had a really great time on this tour! All the major sites from the show Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul seemed to be hit. The only thing you have to know is that because a lot of the locations are actual places of business, or private homes, most of the sites are seen from the shuttle or the RV. The tour guide was great, a local actor who has appeared on several episodes of BCS, and we had the privilege of having the young boy from Breaking Bad, Brock, join us on our tour! Took the Breaking Bad RV tour on Friday at 10am. This tour was Aces!!! One of the few times, I've been on a tour that actually lived up to it's name. This was both fun, interactive and educational. This is a MUST for ALL Breaking Bad fans. The tour includes many other spots where other well known movies were filmed, most notably No Country for Old Men shooting spots. Ten stars aren't enough for this tour! There are a few options out there to take the tour but make sure you book the one with the RV. You will have the chance to take pictures in the RV and win some cool prizes answering trivia questions during the ride. They provided a lot of fun facts and behind the scene stories and made things fun and entertaining. We went to pretty much to every major location where they filmed in Albuquerque. There were plenty of stops for photo opportunities on the way. They even served us food at Los Pollos Hermanos. Tours run twice every day but they are selling out fast. Their website gives you a calendar where you can choose your preferred day and time. Show up 15 minutes early to get more time in the RV to take some pictures.
