I would like to say every single employee we encountered was AWESOME! Those young people had that building running like a well oiled machine and I definitely took notice. What pissed me off was after the movie was over, I wanted to get a refill on my drink and there was a concession stand right out of the theater. I wasn't buying anything so I waited right outside the line with cup in hand and lid off. It was obvious I needed a refill. I didn't expect the employee to stop what he was doing to immediately help me. But after helping 3-4 groups of people it was obvious he was intentionally not helping me . NOT GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. but I really shouldn't have expected more. Then someone from the backs comes to check on him and I raise my hand. She comes over And I ask for a refill. I loudly said THANKS FOR ACKNOWLEDGING ME. I know the incompetent employee heard me cause he smirked and giggled. We shouldn't have to settle for this level of rudeness. This is a place where children come to skate and they should have a clean well maintained bathroom at least. When you walk in there is just a toilet standing alone, no stall around it. Nothing else. Then behind the stall that is there is a broken toilet. Trying to use the bathroom and hold the seat while also having skates on and the seat being completed detached.. nah. That's a huge safety risk and actually pretty disgusting that the toilet seat is a disaster. The skate floor here is tragic. The whole thing needs to be redone and refinished. This place has SO much potential and if they would get newer video games and fix the air hockey table they might could bring in some more money to fix the floors.. but the bathrooms are just unacceptable. The concessions are cheap and they have a ton of candy and snacks. Raise the prices by .25 and put that towards a new floor !! There's nicks and knots all over it. I brought my brand new skates to skate there and it felt like i was going of road. It is one of the only rinks in town that FEELS like a true skating rink tho, I will say that. They do games and fast skates, races, limbo. They have 3 party rooms that are pretty spacious. This place is also highly religious. Bible quotes on the floors and they have a projector that also projects bible quotes onto the wall. If that's you're thing, cool but it's just a little too much IMO.

Our family had the best time today at Indian Lanes. They've made unbelievable upgrades the last six…read moremonths since new ownership took over. New synthetic lanes, reworked lost the equipment controlling the pins/lanes, new video games and pool tables, fresh paint and carpet, jump room for kids, etc. Really impressive what's been invested to turn the place around. I even overheard them saying next week they have all new rental shoes coming in. If you gave up on this older place in recent years, come back. Affordable family fun!
