A teenage worker--who I do appreciate--ended up carrying my injured child to the truck. That is unacceptable. If you're running a facility designed for children, you should prioritize their safety, ensure your staff is properly trained, and take accountability when something goes terribly wrong. I contacted Party Safari at 8pm while we were at Blair Batson and was informed that a manager was unavailable, but a manager would call me back. Took my son and nephews yesterday. It was a great place to cater to everyone's wishes. There is a spacious trampoline area, laser tag, go karts, arcade/VR games, bumper cars and more. To have it all under one roof is a major plus. What could have gone smoother was the checkin/front desk part. While there are several signs telling you to fill out the waivers first you have to figure out on your own that one set of computers is for the trampoline waiver and the the other is for the other attractions. But that's not a big deal. Once we came out the room from doing that it was complete chaos. You had no clue where to stand nor which side to go to. There were several people already in line and we were the blind leading the blind. No one knew where the line truly was and it backed up to the front door. If PS can clean that up it would be a 5 star establishment. Trampoline area was spacious and the teens on duty seemed friendly and attentive. Especially to the little ones. There was a rowdy bunch of teens who were a little too aggressive with the dodgeball but once they left it was much better. My son and nephews had a ball. They also did Jr. Go karts, which was kind of disappointing. The go karts were reallllllly slow. For the price we probably won't do those again until they are tall enough for the adult karts. Snacks were very reasonably priced and they have a wide variety. Overall...great spot for some weekday fun. The weekends are probably way too crowded. Total damage for (3)1 hour trampoline and (3) Jr. Go kart...$98. Price includes the socks. read more

All the right elements, but poor service. After a horrible run with another party place the previous year, I decided to have a party for my son at this place. I did appreciate the ease and convenience of my party guest being able to do waivers in the kiosk area if they failed to complete it online. They also have majority of the games operable (there were only a few not working). And it is pretty clean which was one of the few plus. The big problems began with our assigned party staff. We were unable to get into the room before the party began. Then once it was ready, she came to get me and asked IF we needed plates, cups, and napkins or did I have my own. I told her "yes, I would need them." (This was interesting because I selected to have them added when paying for the party.) She went to retrieve them and came back with those items, along with pizzas (that were on a pizza trays in which the bottom of one tray was touching the top of each pizza; stacked), and two pitchers of lemonade. All on a rolling cart. She then left. We had to not only serve our own party guests, cut our own cake, but we had to clean up the party room ourselves. The pizza was just edible (looks like the ones you buy from Sam's and toss in the oven). Nothing delicious. Some of the items in the trampoline park needed to be trashed. The foam pit cubes were falling apart and crumbling. They were getting all over the kids and they looked horrible. The large foam rollers for the battle beam was being held together by tape. There was hardly anyone visible or available to let them know that some of the game machines were not working; there was no signs posted on them and some of the kids had swiped their cards and lost funds. When going to the counter to exchange for prizes, there was an unsupervised child between the ages of 7-9 swiping the cards to get the balance and attempting to keep up with totals. We had to tell him more than once his math was incorrect even with using the calculator. We asked him if there was an older teen or adult who could help him but he just stood there clueless. It was disappointing. The concession areas were dark and empty, with no great selections. Many of the chairs were up on the table so parents of the kids or other family members had nowhere they could sit. Most of us crowded around on steps or corners of the trampoline park upstairs (there's on a few chairs) and they stood in the party room. I am only giving it 2 stars because my son and his friends enjoyed the trampoline park (note that the staircase area can get a little crowded when people are going up and coming down at the same time; once at top there's a bit of a wonky design or slope), the go-kart track (only available to older kids), and the games. I personally felt like the value didn't match the price. I ended up spending close to $600 just there; not including cake or gifts. The party package covered trampoline time and gave a $5 game card to each person. At $1 a game, I knew this wouldn't be enough, so I upgraded each child's card by $5 more. I also only booked for a certain amount of kids but a few more showed up that didn't RSVP and I couldn't just add them for a small fee. It was $20+ after tax for each child I added. Go-Kart was not included. And because some of the kids were losing funds on the few games that were not working, I bought more game credits. When I originally emailed to inquire about the party, the response was very "dry," not inviting or giving any good details about the party package customization and what was available. They do have package details online but it can be a little confusing because they separate parties that focus on just the arcade area from the Trampoline Park. Unless I hear of some changes, I would never book a party here again. I would simply just take my son and a few friends to play. read more

They refused a refund to me after not allowing my children to jump. The trampoline facility is small, run down and not worth the money. They force you to pay for "their" socks even when they aren't needed. All other parks in the area allow outside socks except this one (Trampoline park socks are the same). A party guest overheard him saying to another teenage worker that if I got them now I would have no drinks in my party room, which was false! No one helped us in the party room! We pass this place often when we visit MIssissippi. The kids always ask to go so we decided to go check it out. Upon entering, we were not greeted or welcomed by the young man at the front desk. We had to walk up to him and let him know this was our first time and we were visiting from out of town. The environment was not friendly or welcoming even after I shared that it was our first time. We paid for the hopper band and was not told that we would be charged a fee for using our card to pay. Another disappointment. The kids were so excited and went straight for the bumper cars. There was no attendant so we were waiting. I walked over to the front desk after about 3 minutes and waited. I was never acknowledged or asked if I needed help from the two staff people that were there. I then said, "Excuse me, is someone coming to the bumper car's station?" A woman without a staff shirt came over and said she will be there in a minute. Why do we have to wait if we are paying for 2hours of fun? We were not told that we have to wait for staff to come man the different attractions and it was not written anywhere. My husband went to speak with the woman at the front desk (who we later found out was the manager) and she was so rude, immature, disrespectful and unprofessional. After the bumper cars the kids wanted to do the rock climbing walk and we were told we have to wait about 10- 15 minutes for the rock climbing wall. Disappointed again. We went upstairs to the trampoline part and they played. My husband set a timer fro 15 minutes and when we went down there was still no attendant at the rock climbing wall. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. We were looking for a simple night of fun with the kids but this was UNDERWHELMING to say the least (and for lack of better words). This is a very SMALL arcade with minimal games and even more MINIMAL staffing. You literally have to hurry up and wait at every attraction for an "attendant". You spend most of your time, looking and waiting for a staff member to come help you. Because I had an early day at work the next morning, I went to ask for a manager to see if we could get a refund for our unused credits on the card. Lindsey, which who stated she was the manager was very unprofessional and just downright RUDE. When I asked for a number to corporate or upper management, she told me I could have the number to the business and for me to just call and leave a message. When I spoke with another staff member, I found out she was apart of the family that owned the establishment. When I voiced my issues with the experience, she got even more upset. She started walking in and out of the front desk gate with it swinging open without saying excuse me to my husband or any other guest that was near the gate. I would not recommend this place to ANYONE. I wish I would've read the reviews first, but the kids convinced us to take them here for the go karts. My advice, find somewhere else that has go karts. The owner Lindsey at Party Safari is very rude. We've hosted one party here, I had to nag the teenagers to get the room ready. They were 30min late and could not care less. We attended another party here with friends and they were an hour late with getting their party room together. I spent $20 in the game room with my son and he won 500 tickets on the dice roll. The card only read 95 tickets in the end. I asked them to fix the issue and the owner brushed me off and said no. Several games aren't working right. Literally the worst service. I get that it's a fun place for kids but when the owner is disrespectful and making money off my kid and friends kids without even considering helping with their rip-off toy rewards at the end of the day then they won't be receiving our service anymore. They also have a large laser tag area that is really fun, and awesome! Had my daughters birthday party there. The party room was not available when we arrived on time. We weren't even able to check in on time. Everyone had to go upstairs to the trampoline area. I had older adults that weren't participating and a small infant child waiting to go to the party room. I couldn't even decorate until 5 mins before the jump time was up. Very inconvenient for me and my guest. And to top it all off when we were able to come into the room the pizza was COLD. My mom asked for 3 new pizzas because they knew they didn't have the room ready but the pizza was already cooked. They did not give us new pizzas but said they could rewarm it. I brought two of my girls here to meet two other families and we were all quickly made well aware of how unfriendly the staff is. The equipment and activities are a blast, but if you are in need of staff assistance (for bumper cars, rock wall, go cart, or the jumper with the spinning arms) you will be met by humans who must truly dislike there jobs or not like children. There should be staff who are energetic or even like to smile or wave. Our kids are all very well behaved kids (not to brag but making the situation clear that there was no outrageous behavior) and they were respectfully asking for help with the above items and had to wait for the said staff member to slowly walk (or mope) over to the location. It was really a kill joy for having paid a pretty large sum for just two hours. Thankfully a few staff members came into work and I saw someone smile before exiting. I would not recommend having a birthday party here. Paid $400 for a laser tag birthday party. It was suppose to be a hour of laser tag but that's not what you truly get. They go in for about 10 minutes then get sent back out to get in line with everyone else. They only allow a limited amount in each time so all the kids with our party didn't get to go in each time. The owner was very rude when I asked about this. For $400 i would expect the kids to get to play for the hour that it says. Employees were rude and unhelpful. Now nobody is working here as in so many businesses,so the quality of service is way down and if you don't have enough employees to keep all the attractions open you have to wait until they send someone to work that attraction. We had an awful experience at Party safari for my son's birthday party today. I called prior to the party to ensure that they would be adequately staffed and would be able to meet our expectations after reading numerous negative Google reviews after booking. I was reassured that these reviews were false and came from "bad apple" guests. Once entering the building we gave our gifts, cakes, and other party supplies to the staff member and were told they would notify us when the room was ready for us to decorate. We realized shortly after our party began that staffing was in fact a huge issue and the activities that I paid for did not have someone to run them for the kids to play on. We constantly had to ask the few staff members we could find to send someone to our area so that the kids could enjoy the bumper cars, rock wall, and meltdown. With each activity there was a limit of how many kids could use it at one time so this left multiple kids in our party sitting out and waiting to enjoy to the fun until a staff member was available. We were never notified we could decorate our party room; we found out by chance when my in laws saw them moving our items from the front. Our name was then called for laser tag and we moved the kids to that area while other adults in our party attempted to set up the room which was not cleaned and they had to wipe down the tables and chairs themselves. The attendant at laser tag attempted to limit how many adults could be present with the kids in the laser tag room. Mind you this is a party of young children so we entered to assist and wound up having to put all the vests on the kids. We quickly realized we made the right decision to enter laser tag with the kids when the attendant left them completely alone and there were multiple areas that could have caused bodily harm. When we were done with laser tag and got to our party room, we were told the pizzas we ordered were not ready, we were never shown where the paper goods we paid for were located, there were no cake cutting utensils provided like we were told, and when our pizzas did arrive the attendant again left us and never came back. At the end of our party we asked to speak to the available manager to voice our concerns about our experience and we were met with the most unprofessional "manager" I have ever met. Not only did she refuse to speak to me in a more private setting about my concerns, she refused to hear them all together and stated that I could call and leave a voicemail for upper management on Monday. She refused to give me her full name, only that her first name was Lindsey, and rudely informed me that she didn't have to divulge that information to me. She also told me with ease that nothing would be done about my concerns to rectify the situation. I was not looking for a refund, I'm aware this is a business and they have to make money, however there is a fine line between making money and robbery. For the amount of money I spent on this party I should not have had to ask for the bare minimum continually. I'm making this post for multiple reasons but the main ones are to make sure the owners are aware of the issues with their business and that others don't make the same mistake I did in trusting them with my child's birthday. 10 out of 10 do not recommend. I can't even review the games and activities because we didn't get to play. The absolute worst manager, at least thats who she said she was, needs to be fired. she could definitely benefit from some customer service training. The extended parking lot does not have wheelchair accessibility to get to the main entrance. I asked if she was aware of this and she very rudely told me that handicap was in the front. I explained to her that she was not answering my question. this lady proceeds to tell me that she didn't have to for this. she stated that I was trying to start something and completely dismissed me and my family. My 7 year old daughter uses a wheelchair. we had to lift her up the stairs to get to the building. She proceeded to say that she doesn't have time for us. Let me clearly state that EVERYONE should have access to entrance. Not knowing of the issue is understandable and can be addressed. Recently we had my granddaughter's birthday party here. Decided to go ahead and book despite reviews. Glad I did. The kids had a great time, adults too. Food was good, staff were friendly, service was very good. My only complaint was that it was very warm inside. We ask them to adjust the thermostat but didn't notice any change in the temperature.
