Went bowling... closer to our new house than Fannin lanes. Safe to say I'll never be back to this location. Asked for 3 games of bowling for 2 people. Half way through our 2nd game they shut our game down. Manager was called over and tried to explain to us that "3 games of bowling" isn't actually 30 rounds of bowling (10x3 games) and demanded more money from us. Monday at 2PM charging what Fannin Lane charges on prime time Weekends. Absolute scam. Thank you for ruining a birthday. read more

Like the concept and the kids had a great time. We won't likely use the arcades again. Many machines do not work but still take credits from the game cards. Approximately, a quarter of the money I paid was wasted and there was no one at the desk to speak to as we were leaving and I waited a while. The credit prizes weren't really worth the efforts either. It would also be much more convenient to be able to purchase a bundle rather than purchasing at each station and having multiple charges. Stay away from this place. The staff is rude and condecending. There is a femaile manager there that will make you lose your temper if not careful. You can tell she's young and thinks its ok to speak to paying customers any way she chooses. She tried it with my daughter and her friends. However, my daughter has been taught that if she feels a situation esculating to walk away and call her father or me. So that's what she did. I called and spoke with a female who said she was the manager. I told her that I had recieved a call and was trying to figure out what was going on. She started out pretty calm, but when pressed for details and being caught in what were obivious lies she tried to deflect from the sitiuation. Very unprofessional and nasty. The place is clean and the skating is fun. But at the cafe they ring up our order and charge our credit card then say they are out of cheese pizza. They can't give me a refund and are not willing to make another cheese pizza until after people buy all the pepperoni that they've already made. Don't put food on your menu if you're not willing to cook it. And don't tell a guest they can't get refunded after you charged their card. Very poor service. While using the bounce house portion (which costs extra and is timed), a little girl had an accident and needed to go change her clothes. They wouldn't let her back in after. I was a hostess for my daughters birthday party today. From the time we arrived at Spinners until the time we left, we experienced issues. The place was very unorganized and not together. The staff lack customer service skills and lack training. When I booked my party, they forgot to give me my game cards and tickets for my party to skate and it went downhill from there. Every guest I had in my party had to show tickets when I was only given wristbands from the start. I was also unaware that I was going to be my own server for my own party when I paid for a service and didn't get what I paid for. What a waste of money! I was very disappointed in the service here and will never book another party. I got better service at Fun Time. read more

Poorly managed, poorly designed and very typical with the unintentional racism toward all NON whites. I would give it zero stars, but that's not possible. The lack of professionalism that we noticed For the elective 20 minutes of our wait time was enough for me to LEAVE! And never return. It's a nice concept but I don't think the lenders know anything about a bowling alley and I'm 100% that the entire staff has been directed to inhospitable to NON whites. But with it's location that's to be expected. The semi bald ginger at the bowling desk will intentionally not call you and cross your name off. Waited an hour and a half and went to check on our place in line and he "called us twice" and skipped us. This place is ridiculously over priced and over rated. If they had a price for breathing they'd charge it. Price for skating 8 bucks and for bowling 8 bucks more and 3 bucks for the toddlers jump houses. Arcade games are 1dollar and up. Three tenders for 4.50 without fries and drink. It might be ok for people that can't get to Any place else. I will save more money and enjoy myself going somewhere else. Not to mention if your kids need help to skate they won't let you help. they don't allow you to bring your own rollerblades. as an avid skater, I was disappointed to learn that this business is so money hungry they DEMAND you rent their bad quality skates, claiming anything higher quality than their cheap skates will "tear" up their equally cheap rink. reading the reviews before coming here, I was skeptical, but now I understand why this place averages at 2 and a half stars. Mr. Terrace Lott you need to start all over with replacing the staff of tonight. This was a very RACIST interaction with your staff and my son who attending JSU. One of the guys asked where he was from and what he was doing over there. The female manager was irate and unprofessional. We will be requesting a full refund since he was given 3 credits that he can't use being that he was told not to return there. We really don't want to patronize this place of business ever again. We had a blast! It was our first time roller skating. The music was fun and the skates fit nicely. We're from out of state and found that many places closed early. Horrible management- called them to try to discuss my bad experience and manager was VERY RUDE on the phone - talking over me and defending the wrongful doings of herself and her staff. No conflict resolution attempted and no accountability for poor service. They do NoT value their customers and it shows! The food was lousy and the owner was beyond rude. We'd spend several hours there celebrating my child's birthday. We made food purchases and recieved undercooked food. I returned it to the counter and requested a refund. The attendant was nice and told me she would get soneone to assist. A man came from the back and I gave him one of the trays with undercooked chicken and explained I didn't bring the other tray because they'd been thrown away. He then told me I'd have to bring him the discarded wings because that is how he'd get reimbursed by his distributor before he could refund my money. I again told him the chicken had been discarded and I would not go digging throug the trash. He came from behind the corner and search through an overfilled container to retrieve the undercooked discarded chicken. At this point I was horrified and asked for his name. The joke was on me me because he quickly let me know he was the owner. After spending several hours there and seeing hundreds of people come & go I know that there was no need to go this far to refund $7 chicken wings. I went on a Sunday Night. Music was horrible (very sad music) nothing up beat at all or worth skating too unless you're ice skating. I asked the young lady at the counter at the end of my visit and she informed me that you have to pay for music (you may want to post that around somewhere). I have not had the chance to bowl but my son's birthday is in a week and he is dying to come bowl and skate with friends (because no one else has that combination) . I am very skeptic. ALSO! If I could give this horribly managed/owned place a 0, I would. I didn't see my party hostess until half way through my party (that's after I asked who she was). The staff was incompetent and the service was subpar! However, this is not why I am giving this place (because I can't even call it a business) a zero. After the party, our kids used their play cards to play the many broken games provided, only for one of the children to be approached by the MANAGER, spoken to like a criminal, called an "idiot" and placed outside. I was completely embarrassed that this happened to one of my guest as well extremely upset this type of language was used around my children and so many other children watching. Several guests walked by in disbelief and vowed never to return to this place ever again. It gets worse! The owner was called and she not once apologized for the way her unprofessional staff behaved. Instead, she made excuses about how much the cheap malfunctioned games would cost if they were tampered with! It is a great place to hang out! Me and my friends go there all the time. I just went before Covid-19 for my little cousins birthday! One problem I and the rest of the party had was kids/teenagers skating fast over by the bowling area and where people eat. I fell trying to walk WITHOUT SKATES because they were going EXTREMELY fast. One person hit my *2 YEAR OLD!* cousin trying to take her pizza to her momma the problem with that was the person was skating OFF the skating area over where people eat and didn't help her up or say sorry. This place was REALLY NICE until people started doing stuff like that. I could have gave this place a solid 5 stars if it weren't for that. I could have also gave them a solid 4 stars if weren't for the way people act. Also something else I HATED was we had to wait *45*minutes for a bowling alley when there were 3 open. They need to get more grownups working there instead of teenagers. If I'm going to be honest they are not ready from who all I've experienced. Some of them are sweet and some of them just don't pay attention. LAST and MAJOR PROBLEM was kids making tiktoks in the bathrooms I went in there to take my cousin to the bathroom and these kids were making tiktoks with CUSS words and my cousins says anything she wants if she doesn't know not to say it!
