Breakpoint USA Consulting was founded to help leaders and organizations move past roadblocks and create lasting change. After years of serving as a Navy Corpsman with the Marines, then working as a licensed clinical social worker, I saw the same pattern repeat—people and teams hit breaking points when leadership lacked clarity, alignment, or resilience. Breakpoint USA was born out of that recognition. Our mission is simple: equip leaders with the tools and mindset to inspire, align teams, and drive growth. From local businesses to leadership teams, we bring proven strategies rooted in transformational leadership and real-world experience. We don’t sell theory—we help you build the skills and structures that work under pressure. Based in La Vernia, TX, Breakpoint USA Consulting exists to make sure that when challenges come, leaders are ready to turn barriers into breakthroughs.

As a Navy veteran, therapist, and leadership coach, I’ve spent my career helping people navigate pressure, build resilience, and step into leadership with clarity and confidence. Breakpoint USA was created to help leaders and organizations cut through noise, align their teams, and unlock sustainable growth. My approach is rooted in transformational leadership—focusing on relationships, values, and results—not quick fixes. I bring the discipline of my military background, the insight of clinical practice, and the practicality of business strategy into every consulting partnership. Whether working with executives, small business owners, or community leaders, my goal is simple: help you break through barriers and move forward with purpose.
