WORST TERRIBLE HEALTH CARE EXPERIENCE EVER IN MY LIFE. I am taking my time to write this review to…read morelet people know what to expect. DON'T GO FOR COVID TEST HERE: We went for a Covid test for international travels and we need to get the result on time (2-3 days). It's been 8 DAYS, and we still HAVE NOT got the result, and they NEVER ANSWER the phone (CHECK THIS before you go; they will never answer the phone for any after-visit care). I gave them my phone and email for the result. Likely they probably forgot - the lab result comes pretty quick these days. They would still get the money for the test. We ended up doing another urgent Covid test in another clinic. What a huge waste of money and most importantly our time... VERY LONG WAIT TIME: Although we made a reservation ahead, it took us 2 hours just to get tested for 30 sec and then wait another 20 min for a doctor to come for another minute of brief (unnecessary) chat. They don't really provide "URGENT" care. VERY POOR FACILITY; NO SAFETY: The room was extremely small, poorly ventilated, and shabby. You will get Covid if anyone with Covid has visited that clinic. The female receptionist there was not even wearing a MASK PROPERLY although there were a lot of elderly people who came for a Covid test. RUDE SERVICE: The young female receptionist was extraordinarily rude. She looked already annoyed when I wanted to ask a single question (simple easy question about the check-in process). Plus, she also gave me inconsistent answer about how I will get the Covid result. She said they don't email, but after the doctor said they do, she quickly changed her answer saying that their email server is being too slow (we live in the year 2021, right?). Clearly, she just doesn't want to do her job. Other patients in that room also seemed to notice her rudeness. Her attitude was constantly bad. The male doctor we saw that day was fine. My personal opinion: If this clinic doesn't change their receptionist, I am sure a lot of people will constantly get bad experiences from this clinic. One terrible employee can ruin the whole thing - no matter what, that type of person can never do well in any setting....

The staff was juvenile at best. The ER doc actually laughed and rolled his eyes at the diagnosis that urgent care had given. I had taken a cab there and the cab driver asked if I had a voucher. I went back inside and asked for a voucher. After waiting several minutes, the charge nurse came out and rudely exclaimed that she would not be giving me a voucher. I could hear her and one of the nurses cackling as I walked away. If you want professional, caring staff, go during the day. If you want a bunch of hyperactive middle schoolers, go in the evening. I don't understand how there can be such a difference between day and evening there, however, there most certainly is.

BUT like others With a similar experience, he cancelled on us numerous times and three times we drove half an hour (each way) to show up for an appointment that he personally scheduled with us, only to discover that he wasn't there. Never showed up. The last time, I hit my limit. Spoke to him about it and his response was just a very lame "sorry". Never mind that we completely reorganized our day to make the appointment that he rescheduled the night before, work for him. AND this doesn't even account for the numerous other reschedules on his end because he didn't feel well. Not just one or two times ... several. Honestly, I've had enough. No accountability, no interest in making things right for the client, which is really sad because we like him as a practitioner. But he doesn't care that our time is as valuable as his, which shows an enormous lack of respect and integrity. We won't be back and we wouldn't recommend him.

I had constant sciatic pain, my back would go out regularly if I stepped the wrong way, etc, and I was told this was the best it was going to get. After a series of sessions with him all pain was gone, I could move - jump around again, etc. For an active person this man is a miracle worker. Same deal 10 years later, my SI joint was all jammed up. I'd been seeing a chiro in the Denver area for a year with limited results, got to Sedona for 3 sessions with William and bingo! - all better. William is so far and away beyond anyone else that he's truly in a class of his own. He's incredibly intuitive; he just 'knows' what to do, is a great guy ...and I cannot say enough good things about him. BTW remember when the ST Louis Rams had their many year winning streak? Guess who was working on the team at that time? Yup, William. He's as good as they come.
