When you try to book an appointment online, it takes them 2 weeks to get back to you. The doctor misdiagnosed my son. He had an eye problem, but didn't even look at his eye. He instantly called it conjunctivitis. It was actually a blocked tear duct. We were told they would call us to discuss our daughter's case in a few days. They never called. When we called them, we were given excuses and the old brush off. This place sucks.
