A few walk ins as well. At 0830 they call someone else; someone who arrived after us. Knowing the pain my friend was in I reminded them that we were here well before the others. The nurse at the door RUDELY said "I'm just triaging the paients" then closed the door. No explanation, nothing. Thankfully the provider, who is a nurse practitioner was amazing. Amanda was thorough, comprehensive, professional, kind, yet direct. She asked a lot of questions which was important. Obtained blood and urine sample. Waited. NP came in and gave us the update. This NP was fantastic. The clinic staff not so much. No tact, customer skills, nothing. They do not belong in their roles. I would never treat people in that manner. Shame on the nurses.

Brian Jammel saw me and was very empathetic and caring. He recommended a medication and said this would immediately help with the symptoms and make me feel better. He offered a prescription card through Pfizer and said there were times insurance didn't cover the medication and to use this card if I needed it. I really appreciated this because I would not of had the funds to pay out-of-pocket for that medication. As it turned out I needed the card as my insurance did not cover it. So thank you so much for that. Brian was very caring and made sure I didn't have any questions before I left and took very good care of me.  I highly recommend this  urgent care.

I like the automated call the day prior to your scheduled visit to remind you of your appointment. I would be remiss if I didn't mention that the bathrooms are "pristine." They even have little touches like electric outlet, covers to protect any little ones who may be there. Looking out for the kids. I love that! Some of the offices have water coolers. It is basic hospitality to offer a cold drink of water on a hot day. Today was one of those dog days of summer when a drink of water would have been nice. My…read morebiggest issue is that I was not informed before the appointment that the office does not offer any financing options for treatment. Had I known this beforehand, I likely would have chosen a different provider. Since endodontic procedures can cost thousands of dollars, I assumed financing would be available, as it is offered by many dental and specialty offices. After learning there were no financing options, I expressed my frustration because I felt I had wasted both my time and my mother's money on a consultation that would not lead to treatment. When I brought up my concern, I was told the information was in the paperwork I signed. In the fine print. While that may be true, I believe something as important as payment and financing options should be communicated clearly before patients spend hundreds of dollars on an evaluation. The interaction left me feeling dismissed rather than understood. My purpose in sharing this review is to encourage the office to be more transparent about financing policies upfront so patients can make informed decisions before committing to the cost of a consultation.

I waited on hold for 20-30 min on two different occasions to try to get an appointment for a sick visit and each time all the appointments were taken by the time anyone answered because all the phone calls are now routed through a call center instead of going directly to the practice. I have used this practice for over 25 years with 4 kids and I never thought I would give this practice anything but 5 stars for how wonderful they've always treated my kids, but this change is that bad. Corporate ideas don't always equal good customer service!
