The studio is always so clean and has everything you could need including rental yoga, mats, and yoga mat cleaning spray. They also offered 200 and 300 hour yoga teacher trainings that are registered with the Yoga alliance and are highly respected in the Denver community. It seems. The classes are warm, mixed with weights = you leave a sweaty mess (in a good way). You need to bring your own mat and water bottle. I took a power yoga class and was a little nervous Intel. I showed up and realized every class is welcoming of all levels. The studio was incredibly clean, including the yoga mat that I borrowed. If you forget your mat, they are available to rent. Props like yoga blocks, yoga, straps, blankets, and bolsters are available at no charge. This studio has a strong community atmosphere, and is not intimidating. I think this is an excellent place for people continuing their practice or just giving yoga a try for the first time.
