The class that we tried incorporated a sound bath at the end, and the yoga flow itself was very low-key and simple. We loved the sound bath, and I find that it does help with meditation and relaxation. I'm an experienced yogi, so this class felt extremely easy for me. The only downside to the class is that it was extremely full, so I didn't feel comfortable fully stretching in some positions because I didn't want to hit my neighbor. I'm sure that I'll be back again to try another class!

Years ago I fell off a cliff and broke my left foot, and recently I've been dealing with a lot of tightness and pain in my leg and hips. Within minutes, Kyna noticed my left hip was sitting lower than my right and taking on most of the load. Through targeted stretching and using her machines, she was able to loosen everything up and start correcting the imbalance. I could feel a difference immediately walking out of her office.
