BURN does lagree the best: the moves make sense and don't feel arbitrarily difficult, the instructors make sure I know what muscles need to be activated/are happy to correct. OMG when I tell you THIS STUDIO IS IT!!!! first of all they are very quick to respond to any social media inquiry which is super refreshing. The studio is so cute, the machine are space such that if you are new the instructor can put you next to someone who is familiar with the lagree method so you can easily watch for form. I've taken 8 classes at this location. I was excited to go to this studio and try out the lagree method but my excitement died quickly after speaking to Rebecca, the owner. I've taken most of my classes with her and to be honest, I felt like she spoke to me in a condescending manner. I never felt welcomed there and felt anxious due to the cold treatment. I have visited a lot of studios in my day, and this is by far the worst experience I have received in regards to customer service. There are other studios offering a better customer experience in the Phoenix metropolitan area. On the positive, the lagree method is great and the studio is clean! read more

I took a mega burn class here and it was my first time taking a machine based class. It takes a lot of practice to understand the moves and the placement of your feet and hands for the right workout. The instructor was great at explaining it as we went along. I've been taking barre classes for over a year, but I was sore in areas I didn't know existed after this class. I'm going to try it again and hopefully I can get a better workout now that I know the moves a bit better. read more

Lagree is the best workout I have ever done for both strength and overall fitness. The instructors at Burn design the workouts to be challenging for even the highest fitness level, but also explain how to modify each exercise to accommodate anyone with less fitness experience. Your body will be worked harder than you thought possible in just 45 minutes. Plus, the high intensity/low impact approach gets noticeable results without the injury risk other forms of strength exercise have. Burn's Lagree Method is a game changer! Having done pretty much every type of fitness training over the years (pilates, barre, yoga, strength training, peloton, etc), I can honestly say that the Burn method is one of the BEST workouts I have ever done. It combines the best of pilates and strength-training while keeping your heart rate up and burning calories. The owner runs a fantastic team of instructors - friendly, professional, motivating and willing to make modifications to exercises if needed. One thing I didn't expect from taking Burn classes was that it greatly reduced my chronic neck pain. I used to be at the chiropractor every other week and taking ibuprofen almost daily. Today, I go to the chiropractor maybe once every 2 months for a tune-up and live pain free. The Burn method was able to strengthen my core, improve my posture and make me all around healthier. Burn Total Body Conditioning is the most efficient and effective workout class I've ever done. It's a high intensity workout over just 45 minutes comprised of mindful moves. Since moving to Phoenix last year, I've struggled with finding a challenging workout that I love.  (I used to be hardcore into the cult of Soul Cycle in NYC. Like super hardcore.) I tried Spin here and a variety of boutique fitness classes and found it all lacking compared to the intensity, excitement, and passion of my classes in New York City. I was scrolling through MindBody when I came across Burn and figured I would give it a try.  From the first class, I knew I had found the workout that I was looking for.  Burn is so challenging in every way--it is a complete body workout to the absolute max--working tiny muscles that you didn't even know that you had! Plus, every class has a different routine, so it next gets old.  Rebecca, the owner, is incredibly motivating and inspiring, pushing each student to do their personal, absolute best.
