Christina worked with me 1:1 and at my own pace. Her teaching and guidance was so personalized and transformative that it helped me manage my chronic condition. Her shala is also the most warm, comforting and welcoming spaces to practice. I also love that she teaches a traditional Mysore-style where you get to drop in within the office hours and practice at your own pace along with the rest of her students. I have been doing yoga with Christina for the last 2 years and my experience has been nothing but amazing. I came to Christina with no prior yoga experience and she welcomed me with open arms. She is very patient with her students and I really appreciate this. As a baseball/volleyball player I use my body a lot and it is very easy to get tight and restricted. specifically my shoulder gets tight from swinging and throwing. Christina has been great in evaluating tightness and restrictions in my body and helping me make improvements. Yoga has been an amazing addition to my life. I had the privilege to study and practice with Christina for two weeks while I did my teacher training. Christina is a great teacher with tremendous experience and knowledge. I believe that the best teachers sees what each student needs, and knows how to give it to the student, and she is doing exactly that. Other than that, the community she build around here and I met every day in the studio is super friendly and welcoming and I immediately felt home. The only downside is that I stayed for only two weeks, but I will forever cherish these two weeks with her and hope to be back asap. read more

I highly recommended Christina for anyone. Christina is an amazing instructor who really cares for each student. She listens to each practitioner and accommodates for all levels but also inspires new growth in them. She is experienced, advanced and knowledgeable. Christina is so amazing. She is so great at helping you advance your yoga practice. She has learned from some of the best teachers in the world like David Williams, Richard Friedman, and Nancy Gillgof who are now in their 70s. Christina has the energy of a 25 year old (but is probably 5-8 years older) but the wisdom of an 80 year old. I've worked with over a dozen teachers over the past decade pls and Christina is by far the best. She has a huge heart and really cares.
