Having thought about joining a gym for the last 10 years and never mustering up the the motivation and willpower to do so, a friend urged me to come and join All Kine CrossFit. I did and it was a great decision, made me realize all my fears about not being able to keep up and worried about what other people would think were wrong. I've been going to this CrossFit for a while now I started back in 2019. I struggled a lot with gyms in the past...when i started going I went with my grandma and we both absolutely loved it. It's not just a gym they embrace you and all you come with, with open arms. They correct you where you need to be corrected. The coaches are amazing. Joanna and Mark have really done an amazing job at creating a fun, positive, and wonderful community of athletes, atmosphere and have included health into the lives of people that need it the most. You won't find another gym like this one I guarantee you that, this place will always have my heart...even when sometimes I struggle with my own health and fitness when I come back and workout it's like I never left. Allkine Crossfit is a box with great vibes. I recently moved to the island and was excited to get back into crossfit for two reasons; I love the way WODs make me feel (afterward) and to get involved with a great group of people. The coaches at Allkine are supportive and give appropriate form corrections without pressure to go past your limits. The members are friendly and welcoming! The group truly ohana. This box is the only one I've been to that offers a shower, I appreciate being able to clean up before rushing off to work in the morning. Looking forward to many more WODs at this box! read more

The coaches here are awesome. They really watch out for everyone to make sure that we are doing all the movements safely. They accommodate everyone so, if you lack the mobility or the strength or if you are injured, they will help modify the movement to something else. I also love that they have TWO bathrooms and one of them actually has a SHOWER. The energy in this box is always positive and no matter how icky the wod, we always have fun. I love my box! read more
