What a great experience overall!! The whole foot detox experience was interesting. To see based off of your feet, what toxins may be in your body and the information they gave about what the colors represent in the water and the history behind it we both enjoyed. Then we were led to the salt cave. We didn't know what to expect. The nice attendant opened the door for us to go in and let me tell you, you go into another world where you leave all your cares behind, do you hear me?? I loved the experience and hubby told me I fell asleep in there. It's so beautiful inside. When the attendant came back to tell us our time was up, I was like "NOOOOO"! I wanted to stay because I was so relaxed. Highly recommend this place. I want to come back and experience their massages and other offerings. The story went from "your husband booked it wrong" to the masseuse had car troubles. They tried to offer other services that were not equal in value and we had taken PTO to have a relaxing day. They agreed to refund/not charge us. If it had ended there fine. BUT NOW. This owner is slandering my wife responding to a truthful review, saying she went ballistic and was violent, loud, and exposing herself. This is an absolute lie. Anyone who knows her knows she would never behave that way. Of course she voiced her frustration, but there was no screaming, or erratic behavior that the owner (WHO WASN'T THERE) describes in their pathetic response. The spa, by the way, did in fact charge me despite saying they wouldn't. Again, if they just admitted some fault and let it go, I probably wouldn't even dispute the charge since I did get a service. I arranged a private sound therapy meditation for a few of my Pilates friends yesterday. Sound bowl therapy uses the calming vibrations of sound bowls to improve anxiety & tension, boost mood, work on our chakras, increase spiritual well-being and restore harmony to both the mind and body. Natalia was our sound bowl therapist and was calm, spiritual and enlightening. I can't wait to go back and do this again. Natalia also is a Reiki master. I've done Reiki before and loved that experience as well. It was interesting to hear Natalia's thoughts of what she felt was going on with each of us at the end of the session. Two of us had the energy of our loved ones with us during the session, and I was lucky enough that Natalia felt the energy of my dad. I was able to tune out everything around me and delve into the experience, but my friends said they heard people talking within the other parts of the studio, such as massages and other therapies in other rooms. One gal said she felt like getting up and going outside to tell the people to not make so much noise. Again, I was very into what Natalia was doing and focused that I heard nothing and wasn't bothered by any outside noise. Maybe it would be simply scheduling things at different times for complete silence, I don't know. It wasn't an issue for me. If you haven't taken part in a sound bowl meditation, it's a very relaxing and spiritual experience. I highly recommend Natalia for sound bowl meditation. I can't wait to go back for another sound bowl or Reiki experience.

It's actually very nice. You get a private room, with your own shower and float. After showering, you get 1 hour in the float. It's like a very large Jacuzzi that's only a foot deep. The water has a ton of bath salts or Epsom salt, which is magnesium sulfate. Your body will feel weightless, as if you were laying on a cloud.
