I arranged a private sound therapy meditation for a few of my Pilates friends yesterday. It was the first time for all of us to go through this experience at Radiant Life Holistic Wellness Center, and I loved it! Sound bowl therapy uses the calming vibrations of sound bowls to improve anxiety & tension, boost mood, work on our chakras, increase spiritual well-being and restore harmony to both the mind and body. Natalia was our sound bowl therapist and was calm, spiritual and enlightening. I can't wait to go back and do this again. Natalia also is a Reiki master. I've done Reiki before and loved that experience as well. It was interesting to hear Natalia's thoughts of what she felt was going on with each of us at the end of the session. Two of us had the energy of our loved ones with us during the session, and I was lucky enough that Natalia felt the energy of my dad. I was able to tune out everything around me and delve into the experience, but my friends said they heard people talking within the other parts of the studio, such as massages and other therapies in other rooms. One gal said she felt like getting up and going outside to tell the people to not make so much noise. Again, I was very into what Natalia was doing and focused that I heard nothing and wasn't bothered by any outside noise. Maybe it would be simply scheduling things at different times for complete silence, I don't know. It wasn't an issue for me. If you haven't taken part in a sound bowl meditation, it's a very relaxing and spiritual experience. I highly recommend Natalia for sound bowl meditation. I can't wait to go back for another sound bowl or Reiki experience. read more

Tina is absolutely amazing with deep tissue massages. I started with her while pregnant (which this location is one of the few with the belly in hole inserts on the table) but even better they have an insert for breasts for breastfeeding post partum. I couldn't believe it! It's been a life saver and a back saver. I would recommend it to anyone. They are always accommodating with my schedule as well which is super helpful. read more

This was a multiple time vmiliar with office and the therapists , and the services they ioffer. On November 8,2024 I had scheduled a facial with Heidi an esthetician . I have some skin care concerns. not only did she listen she gave me my facial and talked about how to manipulate skin with certain motions but also showed me how to do lymphatic drainage . The products she used made a first time improvement and made me feel good about myself and pretty. While I was there I was interested in some healing and she introduced me to Dawn and handed me a brochure on her field of expertise . I got right in for a session . I had a Groupon and scheduled a reiki session with Paige - she is the real deal. Not only did the session leave me feeling so much more peaceful and opened up - but she also provides intuitive insights that she picks up while proving reiki that are eerily (in the best way) accurate and quite enlightening. We are on a monthly auto plan and schedule our appointments in advance. She is very responsive via text. I have had lower back problems for over 10 years and have had my good share of chiropractors, massage therapists, personal trainers, Chinese and Thai massage shops... you name a treatment strategy and I have given it a try. I recently took a prenatal yoga class with Kristin and loved it! It was a very intimate class setting with only 4 students. Kristin made it very easy to get back into the swing of doing yoga after not doing yoga for years. I liked that she had mats, blocks, blankets, etc. set up for us to use. I have been experiencing a lot of pain in my feet and back for several months due to an injury from last year so I decided to try a myofascial release session with Tracy. Nicole is an excellent massage therapist. My boyfriend and I have been seeing her every month for over a year now. We each receive a 60-minute massage, and I enjoy the hot stones/bamboo, especially during the winter season. Sometimes I will pay the additional cost for an extra 30 minutes, foot reflexology, and/or the Aromatouch technique with eight essential oils. Nicole tailors each session to our unique needs--my boyfriend typically has muscle tension in the neck and upper back while I often have soreness in the lower back and hips. I can tell when she identifies knots/muscle tension because she will work on these areas for a while before moving on. My mental and physical health has improved since we started seeing her. Booked a 90 minute prenatal massage with Nicole and had a wonderful experience. She focused on my areas of concern and included some reflexology foot massage towards the end which made a huge difference as I am on my feet a lot during this pregnancy. Nicole uses a special massage table with an opening for a growing belly which was a nice touch as it worked well and was comfortable for me. The setting was serene with natural light, diffuser and natural sounds in the background. I will definitely schedule another session here. The intro price for 90 mins was $95 The therapist/owner was professional and well qualified. The setting is serene. The therapist incorporated manual tissue work along with the modalities, this was a big plus for me as I typically get deep tissue massage and need that manual work to get the kinks out. I give it one star less rating for unavailability of drinking water. Give yourself a few minutes extra to locate the building. A friend of mine recommended Nicole and hands down, it was the best massage I've ever had! I scheduled a Raindrop Technique massage, with a bit of reflexology, as well as a Reiki experience. Nicole gave a thorough explanation before my session began and answered all the questions I had.
