I had a very disappointing experience with this business regarding the installation of a radar…read moresystem on my boat. The radar began having issues not long after installation, and despite two service visits, the problem was never resolved. What's most frustrating is that the issue was reported during the warranty period, but instead of fixing or replacing the faulty unit at that time, the business delayed and failed to take effective action. Now that the warranty period has passed, they've acknowledged the radar itself has failed but are refusing to cover the cost of replacement or labor--leaving me to deal with the consequences of a defective product and an incomplete installation. Their only offer is to bill me for further work on a unit that was never properly addressed in the first place. I expected better service and accountability. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this business and would caution others to be careful before trusting them with high-value marine electronics.
