Morgan Electrical Services were very nice and came out almost immediately. They were pleasant and professional. From what I can tell they did a great job of installing it 15 years ago and I have nothing but good things to say about the company and the gentleman that came out. I was disappointed to learn that the computer board was fried for no apparent reason. It wasn't hit by lightening. It did not get wet. It did not undergo undue stress. It simply fried. The price for a replacement was something like $1200. Considering the limited wear and tear on this Kohler generator there is no reason for the computer board to go bad. This is certainly not the fault of Morgan Electrical Services though. My dealings with this company was supurb.

Most recently Ray pulled a new circuit for an electric fireplace, relocated an outlet and installed surge suppression at my main panel. It was a challenging install as the majority of the basement ceiling was previously finished. Ray quickly assessed the situation and was able to identify a route and complete the work (By himself) in record time. Immediately following the work at my home Brad teamed up with Ray to install 2 new circuits and surge suppression at my daughter's home to accommodate recently installed heat tape. Again the challenge at hand was the finished ceilings in the basement. They worked in tandem to quickly get cable from the main panel to the far corners of the home and install GFI receptacles outside. I can't say enough good about Webb Electric. Brad and Ray are true professionals. Working together for 26 years they are like a well oiled machine. If you want it the job done right (and without any dilly-dallying around) and at a fair price then call Webb Electric. Thank you Brad and Ray. You guys are the best! .

It was hard to watch them sit on their phones while the electricians did their work, they could have been cleaning or something. DO NOT have them do a duct cleaning. Call Modernistic for that. We've used Modernistic twice and had MUCH better results. SP bent every single cold air return in our house and basically blew the dust into our house and left it for me to clean. They also left metal shavings all over our basement from cutting into the duct work.
