It's not possible to report issues that involve both store and website on-line, so I reported what I could (into an awful, too-cryptic form), and then called the local store. Could I have an email, so that I could explain my issues more carefully -- so that they might be forwarded to the corporate office? Nope. There is no email available. And since all signage and such is handled by corporate, there's nothing to be done. As others have said, locally, Peoria's not far, has much better offerings, and generally has better service as well as better merchandise.

He devised a trip down the Mississippi that met our skill level. We were itching to get on the widest part of the river and he got us there but he also recommended we 'stay right' where possible. We encountered no barge traffic but if we had, his advice on staying right would have helped us immeasurably. A slight drawback was that they are building a highway right smack in front of his business but his workaround for that was very good. All in all, a memorable day and he made it happen.
