We asked for a single Greek letter, Epsilon, to be printed on a Tshirt. Probably Collegiate font to replicate the original. The young woman & older man said it would have to be an art work charge ($35) b/c they would have to draw the item. I asked them to compare it to Collegiate font since I'm pretty sure that's what it is. "There are thousands of fonts" was the reply. I do embroidery for my Etsy shop and am aware of how many fonts there are. They clearly didn't want my business. And certainly won't have to worry about that. Update: I came in with the image of the font I needed. I asked if I could see some fonts that matched. No one offered to show me matching fonts, just started to write up the order with the art charge. That's when I left.
