You will spend $100's of dollars and get zero customer service, and the week of the wedding find out that 75% of the items don't fit because they didn't measure anyone and then ordered things incorrectly. Then they will tell you that must come in THAT day or you aren't guaranteed the correct vests reordered (because they ordered the wrong ones in the first place). You will show up at 4:00 when they open but they will be closed (like the last 3 days you showed up at 4:00 - finding the store closed). You will text and IM, only to have someone show up at 5:15 to finally OPEN the store when they close at 6:00!!! If you enjoy extra stress on a wedding week, this is the place to go. We were walking downtown and came across this place, and although it said "by appointment" on the door, they were happy to accommodate us on the spot. The young girl with dark hair was able to help us look at all shades and options for the grooms side and had much cheaper rates than other places we had looked. The tux rentals are itemized instead of one flat rate, so I'm still unsure if it'll be cheaper in the end but we loved the convenience and that we could shade match dresses at the same store for an all in one experience for ease and peace of mind that we'll match. She let me know that any dress I found in the area could be shade matched to the best man, and I found the perfect dress at only $160! I did find it weird that I'm usually a size 0-2 and the dress that fit was a size 6, but they were awesome at getting me alteration recommendations and assisting with me being out of state. They got the bride all set up with everyone's information so they could stop in whenever and pick out their dresses and get sized. They made it beyond easy for us to handle our outfits and with the wedding less than three months out, thank gourd for their ability to rush and keep it relatively inexpensive! I would honestly consider coming here for my wedding based on my experience as the maid of honor alone.

Christi often tried to contest what our bride was saying and was just trying to make a sale. It felt rushed and not overly relaxing. Once our bride said she wasn't making a decision today, it felt like we were ignored. Our bride also paid $150 for snacks and food to be provided in a private setting. While tasty, at the end, they took the snacks away and rather than sending them home with us, staff started it eating it. Overall, there wasn't a large selection, it felt like fake compliments, and we couldn't even take good pictures because our salesperson kept standing in the way. Bizarre experience.

She fitted, tailored, and pressed a tux, and helped him put it on, all in about 20 minutes.
