The manager Lorraine (I believe this was her name) not only greeted me upon entrance but assisted me with my purchases! This shop is huge but that doesn't mean a huge selection...I was surprised that their Christmas…read moreornament choices were fewer than the Hallmark store in countryside mall. Different ownership, I know. I was greeted shortly after entering and making my way over to the ornaments. The staff member that was helping me was extremely friendly but must have been newer because she didn't have immediate answers to my questions (one looking for a specific ornament they didn't have & another about an ornament I had in my hand.) I understand everyone has a learning and training period but please don't make up an answer only to finally ask your coworker after I begin questioning your initial answer. Hallmark always has tons of fun trinkets to browse through but at Christmastime it's all about the ornaments, baby! And unfortunately this store did not impress so I'll stick to the one in the mall even though I avoid the mall like the plague this time of year!
