I came in to redeem my money which they still use a manual booklet instead of putting you in a system in the computer and they said it was over a year so unfortunately my money expired. The GOOD: The Publix here is one of the best in our area. A former Albertsons, then a Safeway, it is very large and managed well. The Target is OK, but often jam-packed. I prefer the quieter shopping experience at the other store on Park street. The Petsmart is great and the service is always friendly. The staff at the Michael's location here are always very helpful. I find the Labcorp location to be the best and most efficient that I have ever visited. Smiley Thai is one of the best kept Thai take-out "secrets" in our area! The BAD: There is a significant amount of "bad characters" that often congregate here, especially after dark. Unfortunately, this appears to be more common when there is a major "bus hub" in the area, like the one just south of Target. There always seems to be a small group of them loitering just south of the Publix, hoping that I have spare wealth to gladly and willingly give away for unknown reasons. My apologies, but I am on a strict budget. Don't ever fall in love with a smaller store here. They come and go often. The turnover rate is quite high. I miss that "Bulk Nation" location! They used to have my favorite movie theater here, but I have not been to any since 2013. People constantly checking their cell phones every 5 minutes ruined the experience for me, forever. Never again So try your luck, you may really enjoy shopping here!

My daughter was hired here and today, on her 3rd day was told it wasn't working out because she…read moredidn't come in the front door! No discussion, no warning, she was not let in and sent out in tears to stand outside alone crying waiting for her ride. She has disabilities and this is only her second job that she was so excited about. She was told to be there on her first day to work at 10 am. When she arrived, after only 1 hour of sleep the night before, she was told she was supposed to work at 1 but stayed and worked the whole day loving it so much but then today as an excuse for firing was told she was late on her first day! They have a Google phone number, not a real phone number and obviously do not know how to run a business or treat employees or respect the employees with disabilities act. That to me doesn't seem like the loving, child friendly store they are portraying or charging exorbitant prices for! The employee named Jess is the one who did this, I told my daughter I want to take action under the ADA but she is so sweet that she doesn't want to cause problems for the manager named Kaitlyn because she was so nice to her however she has texted her with no response. In a society that talks horribly about her generation and their lack of willingness to work (she is 19) it's preposterous to think that this is how she was treated when she shows up with excitement and a desire to work. The effect this has on someone with her disabilities can be debilitating to her ability to even apply for jobs. They have no idea what it took for her to get to a place where she could even interview with them much less show up to work with such excitement. I am angry, hurt and broken-hearted for my daughter.
