Products are more overpriced than the other surf shops in the area. Toys were outrageously priced. Staff were very rude. We had merchandise in our hands but promptly put it back and walked out. read more

What a terrible place! And terrible people. We entered with our 4 children ages 1-11. They were so excited to get a souvenir. No one was wearing masks. I nicely asked an employee if she had a mask so we could shop, and she rolled her eyes and said "yah" and pointed to it in her pocket. Ok....so we were standing at the door because we were all uncomfortable for a minute and a manager crassly said "are you guys ok?" We told him we were from out of town and where we are from everyone masks and we would be more comfortable if they could so we could shop. He replied "I am pretty sure I am 20 feet away from you, and if you don't like it, go and have a nice vacation." He was so rude. And rude to little kids at that! My 5 year old started sobbing. In the middle of a pandemic where the state has mandated face masks in retail stores, I'd at least expect the workers to be wearing face masks. Not a single worker here had a face mask and probably only about half the customers. I immediately walked out and won't be going back. read more

My family and I love this store. My kids love all the beach toys and boogie boards. My daughter especially loves the huge TY stuffed animals they have. The Manager in the store is very helpful and friendly, and the staff are always wearing masks. Shopping here has always been a pleasure . read more

Worst customer service ever. Not friendly, and not helpful. They blew up a raft for us and it popped as soon as we go it to the beach. You could see it popped at the seem from where it was too full. We Went back and they refused to help in anyway. Stating "if we give you a discount we would have to give everyone a discount." Very rude. Very disrespectful. DO NOT give them your business! This is one of the more disgusting stores I have ever been in, there was literally a whole McDonalds meal under one of the clothing racks and the rest of the place looks like it was bombed. There were two girls working the counter who were completely miserable and made it very clear they did not want to help us. CLEAN THIS STORE! There was dust flying up from the clothes when I was looking through them. For having a social distancing an mask sign on the door it doesn't seem like they were following it. No employees were wearing masks. The people behind the counter are not friendly or helpful at all. Nobody at the register was even paying attention when we went up to pay. Great place to go for souvenirs. Cheap t shirts and other items. Bad employees. Before walking in, I see two girls standing outside, both smoking right by the door. Once we were ready to check out, only 1 girl was actually running registers. The two girls who where outside are now inside. 1 is sitting on the computer, with the monitor in plain sight of everyone. I can clearly see she is playing video games. The other girl is sitting in a beach chair behind the counter, playing on her phone. We bought a beach chair that was over priced at $43 while on vacation...used it one day, second day it collapsed flat and bent..called to return or exchange it with receipt...they refused any transaction...sales are final folks! If you love your hard earned money, DO NOT GO THERE! We purchased a 50 bucks umbrela and it bent during the first 10 minutes. The condescending "manager" (owner could hire better than that) asked me multiple questions implying that WE ARE at fault for not knowing how to use an umbrela. They do not give your money back even if they sold you CRAP from the begin with. I've done my research to pick my swim wear and I can tell by looking at it, that many of their overly priced products are available on Amazon for substantially lower prices. My husband bought a pair of shorts here. The zipper won't work properly. He took them back about an hour after purchasing them and was told there was nothing they could do to make it right. To their credit, they do have their policy of no returns or store credit posted at the registry. Overpriced, cheap merchandise and poor store policy are the reasons we will not purchase from here again. read more
