He greeted each passenger as we exited the plane and wished us a great evening. Some might say that's not that big of a deal. My perspective is at 11:45 PM at night. That's a really big deal. He had a great attitude. He was thoughtful and he was doing his best to put customers first and greet people to welcome them to their destination and wish them a great evening and weekend. At least from Atlanta, Delta flies bigger aircraft. It's sure nice to not have to fold up and fit into one of those regional jets. The counter staff I've interacted with have been pleasant, the gate agents were nice and the bags come out fast. And they manage to get the yellow-tags (i.e., elite customers) on to the belt first. I'd only ask that they had the mid-body planes to Minneapolis. Oh, well.

I was able to reach their answering service at the airport which re-directed me to an 801 number which is also listed on this Yelp listing. When I called them I was met with another answering service.. This is what a fellow yelper wrote: I would not recommend them I had booked a flight and day before and the next day I cancel they did not want to return any of their money had to deal with my bank in order to receive my transaction to have it canceled... so unless you are down on your luck looking to get cheated bad and seats too close give you a crap when the trip is over. I would never ever book them again bad experience. I would choose a jet blue or virgin airlines next time! Best of luck! (2023)

Now, you're hard pressed to find a flight that doesn't have an overnight connection or 20 hour travel time or more. We fell for the oldest trick in the book. Bait and switch. I canceled my credit card with them. I hope to be able to use my 90K miles and companion flight credits before they expire.... Doubt it.
