After the initial email, we went back and forth so he could diagnose the root problem with the notebook overheating - replacing the fan. He ordered the parts (without asking for payment) and called us when they arrived. We got to his place at 9:00, went for a hike and stopped for lunch. A while ago I was visiting Maui, and was trying to save the photos from my camera into my laptop. I realized I was running out of space, but I did not have too many things on my computer, the machine was also slow and had many unnecessary pop-ups, toolbars, and residual programs that came along with other programs I had downloaded.
