About halfway through the session, I politely asked if she could apply more pressure. She acknowledged the request and said "ok," but the pressure remained the same for the rest of the appointment. I'm pretty sure this is the second time this has happened where time was stolen from my massage. I asked to speak to a manager, none available. I was told I would receive a phone call within 48 ; no phone call back. I called the next day to speak to a manager, no manager available. Doesn't seem like there is even a supervisor on Staff. Finally received a phone call from a manager and I had to return their call a few days later I explained the situation and was offered to come back get the 30 minutes I had already paid. Just to get my own service that I paid I would have to drive 30 minutes there. The manager said there was all kinds of "computer glitches" that day. Absolute minimum as far as resolution. It took me 5+ phone calls just to get them to take me seriously. I decided to cancel my membership I've had for 5 years, once again I called and talked to the receptionist. Didn't seem concerned with the issue one bit, zero care for the customer. I was told I would get an email immediately to cancel my member, no email several days later. I just want to cancel my membership and not continue for this company to steal from me and cause me this much stress. This company is in the business of making money not hospitality. The staff seems inadequate to deal with problems. I searched for corporate phone number or email, found none. There has to be someone within the organization than can fix customer service issues. Do not sign their contract. There are plenty of other spas that will treat you better
