I have been a member since 2023 and yesterday after vacuuming out my car I decided to go through the car wash. What a mistake!!! As soon as the first brush came down on my windshield I hear a small click noice and approximately three seconds later my windshield cracks! A you can see in the photos I took while I was still in the car wash literally as it was happening. I then immediately go and get the manager and tell him what had happened and he replies "what crack." Then I start looking at the rest of my vehicle and I have two physical wholes in my windshield and in my drivers side headlight and surrounding my car. The manager then brings me out an IPad and says "you need to fill this out" included in the form was a waiver at the end stating they are not responsible for most damaged or really anything a car wash could do that might mess up your car. Needless to say I didn't sign the form! Today I get a call/voicemail from one of there managers stating "they reviewed there cameras and all the damage was preexisting therefore they would not be covering anything!!! Despite all of the camera and video footage I obtained that during and immediately following the car wash! I am appalled at how this was handled and have already contacted a lawyer!!! read more

On January 29, 2025, I took my Lexus RX through this car wash. Normally I use Casey's down south, but I didn't have the time and I just basically wanted the mag chloride taken off the car. Went through the was, and upon exiting noticed that my front license plate was not only bent, but the left side mount of the plate had been ripped off the vehicle. I drove around to the office and asked to see a manager. The site manager was summoned. Seeing the damage, he proceeded to tell me how to mount and fix my license plate so that this would not happen again. I told him that I have worked on cars and he need not keep on telling me how to repair. (By the way, my plate would be about $85. $85 dollars to do the right thing). Beware of this car wash. Drove into the wash tunnel in Windsor and came out the other side with $2K in damages to my car. No fault of my own. Went into the office, they had me complete a report, and assured me that they would get back to me promptly. Not! Tori told me that they needed two damage quotes. I emailed them to her. A week or so later, their manager called me and said that they hold no responsibility. They had video footage of what happened and license plate numbers of the other two cars involved and that I would have to handle it myself. I have paid a monthly membership for ten years. Faithfully gave my business to this local company. Thus place is dangerous to you and your car. I filed a police report and was told that they have many issues in their car washes and to stand in line. Stand behind your service Breeze Thru. Your ads need to include the fact that everything will be great until something happens to your car. A two minute car wash turned into a nightmare. Member no more!!! read more

For my first time coming here I was rather disappointed with the quality of the physical washing. Nearly the entire right side of my windshield looked untouched, the gill and bumper were still rather dirty, and the side mirrors in a similar state. The vacuums worked well and the employee working the pay booth was polite. Hopefully the carwash is a fixable issue, but I will be looking elsewhere next time. read more

What used to be a $3 car wash went up to $10. Used to love this place. So sad when businesses get greedy.

1) The wash scratched up my car after having a membership for about 3 months going to both the Mulberry and College locations. I had the bubble bath level monthly pass, would go once every 1-2 weeks, and over time I started realizing small scratches were showing up on my doors and hood. I don't think they properly maintain the cloth inside the wash. There are clearly small pebbles and dirt particles that stay on them and will scratch up your paint over time. It isn't significant damage, but using this membership is definitely not good for the value of your car over time. 2) If you have more than 1 vehicle, the monthly passes are not cost-effective because each pass is limited to 1 vehicle. I now am paying $30/month at AutoWash (their wash is touchless and better quality) for a pass that I can use 1x/daily for any vehicle. I just have to have my phone on me. MUCH better deal being that we have 2 vehicles! Not to mention I don't have to remove my roof rack to get a good wash. The upside: all the people that I've interacted with there, both at the wash and via email while cancelling my pass have been very friendly and prompt to help. read more

The staff is rude, unhelpful, and the carwash has gone downhill in my opinion. It doesn't get my car clean, and bugs aside the wash doesn't even clean the dirt off my vehicle. They used to have a bug station to help pre-clean cars which helped with lack of efficiently, but that's no longer. Edit; we frequent the car wash regularly with our monthly membership, because it's so inexpensive. It's just sad the quality has progressively gone downhill, and so has the staff. I'll backtrack to my earlier review that whined about my windshield and say that 1) BreezeThru reached out about the review and floated that it might have been a mechanical problem, and how can we take care of you? That's big for a business to admit. 2) The monthly plan - it makes sense even if you only wash twice a month. I HAD been in the habit of not washing my rig much, but with the monthly plan it makes biweekly trips easy. AND, with all the locations they have (consult their website but I have 2 on my route home and 2 more within a short detour) you can wash during your commute and again before your blind date with the German radiologist that you get stood up for. Not only is the basic price now $10, but while going through the wash the entire left side of the truck was never washed/touched by any sort of cleaning device. Waste of money. Will not be returning. *In response to the comment - we had no roof racks/bike racks, anything in the truck bed, etc. It was a basic truck with nothing special in/on/around it. The "deluxe wash" is as basic as it gets, and is the lowest tier. Calling it by a fancier name does not equate to a fancier outcome. This car wash is great in terms of speed, price, and convenience. The actual wash itself is not that great! In fact the back of my truck is never completely washed and or dried. I loved the car wash that was here before and I was hoping that the new wash would just be new name not the actual wash itself! The vacuums are great And I think that is a good addition. I like that there is the option to vacuum your vehicle on either side. I used to love this car wash and would always go there since it's so close to my house. However, the past few times that I have went have not been pleasant. My car never seems to get completely clean no matter how much I pay and the whole place is set up poorly to the point where I've seen a lot of people get confused as to where they are supposed to go and end up driving the wrong way. It's also extremely packed since they are right on mulberry which can make the waiting time pretty long. read more

The wash ripped off my OEM attached license plate with OEM fasteners and after they witnessed it on video they told me the sign says not responsible for damages. People you invest $10,000 to $100,000 dollars on a vehicle and you would trust it to someone's equipment that could do a lot of damage to your investment with out any responsibility taken by the business owner. I am just letting you know that if a mirror gets ripped off you car the cost will be between $200 to $1500 in damages and parts. When a deal is a good deal it will cost you more in the end trust me I know. Now that I wash my truck by hand I have noticed scratches on my hood that are consistent with the brushes at the Breeze Thru car wash this could cost thousands to repair. read more

I drive from Boulder to Longmont for this car wash because it's the only place that I can find that does a decent job. We always get the $45 interior exterior wash because I find that nothing else really gets the job done. That said, the staff is always courteous and friendly. This place used to (seemingly) be much better. It seems as if my truck goes thru faster, gets less dry and is less clean than a year ago. The prices are like almost every other carwash and they do offer free vacuuming. However, my F-150 is always soaking after the dry segment (I buy the top shelf wash $13. and is often still covered in dirt streaks (like today again). While I appreciate the convenient location and the friendly staff I just don't feel like my car gets that clean. I would happily pay $20 for a truck wash that scrubbed your truck manually first (for a couple minutes) then ran it thru and then actually manually or mechanically got it reasonably dry. read more

I have the monthly $35 pass and cannot go through the polishing tunnel 80% of the time. I was actually told to go to the car wash across the street to clean the wheel wells from my truck. If the crappy undercarriage wash can't get dirt from the wheel wells how can it damage your gloss tunnel mats? The previous owners undercarriage wash was much better. Their was not excessive mud in the wheel wells but still got turned away. Wash at 35th Ave is much better. Don't waste your time on the west 10th location in Greeley. They happily take your monthly fee and also happily turn you away for the full "service" you pay for. WARNING, this place is corrupt!!! We own a mini van. Immediately after receiving a car wash we noticed the vans passenger side mirror had been damaged and was no longer in working order. Before leaving the premises we notified the staff of the damage. We filled out all their paper work and they took pictures of the damage. So yes, we followed their policies to the letter. We were notified by staff at that time that they would "review the tape" and get back to us and if it was indeed their fault the issue would be resolved. Several days later the manager, Cameron called us. We missed the call but called him back. Cameron informed us that the tape does, in fact, show the car wash damaged our van. However, they will not pay for the repairs. He stated their policy is " We only pay for repairs on a vehicle if the vehicle is under factory warranty. You have an older vehicle that has several miles on it, so we will not pay for any damages that were incurred." So no, they will not resolve the issue even after they admit fault. read more

Great car wash and ingenious idea! The owner must be rolling in the dough, smart man or woman. I pay $20 a month and the washes are outstanding. They have 4 price plans . You can go as often as you would like and I have never seen a Carwash as good as these. You will get the works and your car comes out spotless and when it rains, water beads up on your car! They are all in the northern part of Colorado but should be throughout the whole state! And country, it is that good. They would put everyone out of business. I believe they just raised their rates slightly but mine did not go up so hopefully they won't do that to established customers! Try them, you will not be disappointed!
