She asked what everyone was there for in line. I camly said I was waiting in line for an appointment for our upcoming wedding. Instead of assisting me, the manager began raising her voice and telling me they do not make appointments because it is prom season. I told her I had an email confirmation and talked to someone a few hours ago who called me to confirm. She said that mustve been the other manager who just left sick. Which makes no sense if one manager was confirming appointments why is the other one berating me that they do not take them. She continued to scream at me infront of the entire store from across the room. Everyone was staring and looking at me. I left on tears.... I was there to discuss and book tuxedos for an entire wedding party, so this was extremely disappointing. I completely understand that businesses can be busy during prom season, I was not trying to skip the line. but there is no excuse for speaking to customers in such a disrespectful manner. Being yelled at in the middle of the store was embarrassing and unprofessional. I did not expect special treatment--I simply expected the appointment that had been confirmed. The way the situation was handled ensured that I will be taking my wedding business elsewhere.

An employee immediately asked me if I needed help finding attire. After explaining my experience and the event I was attending, the employee helped me find the perfect suit for my event. I had to try on multiple jackets and suits to find the correct size and color that I liked, the employee was patient and helped me throughout the entire process. He took my friend into the back yelling at him degrading him. When I tried to talk with an employee saying how this is just a miscommunication they all aggressively yelled and claimed he was 100 percent trying to shoplift. The main employee that took my friend than started to shout "what" at me in a aggressive manner insinuating physical aggression. The employees than proceeded to tell me to leave the store and call the cops on my friend. The main employee than proceeded too "let my friend off" by making him pay 27$ for two 6 dollar brackets or else he would press charges. That store is run by bullies who enjoy abusing their power!
