When we first met Arturo, I honestly didn't believe anyone could make a real difference with my dog…read morein less than 10 days. Our dog Lucky is a Belgian Malinois and Dutch Shepherd mix. He has a lot of energy and can get very intense. Before training, life with Lucky was somehow stressful. He barked at almost anyone who came close to my mom, especially my dad. Walks were also difficult because he constantly pulled on the leash and would get tangled around my legs. Then we started training with Arturo, and things began to change much faster than I expected. What impressed me the most was that every single day we trained with him, I could see real improvement. It wasn't just small changes either. Lucky began to calm down and focus. Walking him is now completely different. I can comfortably walk and even jog with him, which used to feel impossible. Another big change is how Lucky reacts to other dogs. Before, he would bark back and get into a defensive mode. Now he stays calm and has learned to ignore other dogs. Even at home, the difference has been huge. My dad can now walk in and out of the room without Lucky barking at him, which used to happen all the time. One of my favorite moments now is when we go to the park. Lucky is relaxed, happy, and confident. Sometimes he even sits or rolls onto his back during our walks, which shows just how comfortable he has become. The only challenge we still have is that my mom is still velcro with Lucky. She loves him so much that she still lets him sleep in her room, even though we've been told giving him a little more space would help build his confidence. Overall, I can confidently say Arturo is simply the best! He gave us the tools and confidence to handle our dog the right way. What I also appreciate is that many of the lessons he teaches go beyond dog training. The ideas about consistency, behavior, and leadership apply to people too! Thank you, Arturo, for transforming Lucky and making our lives and our relationship with our dog so much better!

I especially appreciated the time he took during our consultation call to understand our situation and identify the root of our dog's behavioral issues. He could tell I had so much tension I been stressing out about my dog and he made sure to check in with my concerns. We recently moved and our Bichon Frise did not take the move well. He has since become very aggressive and attacks the other family dog viscously. This was not like him at all. We never trained him so he was a free spirit dog you could say but his behavior just got worst in the last month. Don taught us techniques to get him to listen. I was shocked. I've never seen him listen. Also even after he left my dog was more calm and would listen. We are going to make sure to follow all his steps and tools he gave us to succeed. At the end of the day we trained us too lol I recommend him 100 percent. I called him yesterday and thankfully he had a cancellation and pray and I snatched that appointment fast.

He could try and squeeze out whatever money he can by promising the same outcome in a span of 4-5 weeks but he is honest and cuts the B.S right from the start. My dog would jump on us all the time, try and eat our food, run out the gate and it's insane to say, Don helped us correct it all in a few hours. Obviously you have to practice practice practice until it becomes a habit for the dog so in the end, it comes down to you. Are you willing to put in the work and have a great relationship with your dog. If you are, save yourself hundreds of dollars and visits, and call Don.

We have waited wayyyy too long to post this review and I can confidently say even after 6 months…read moretraining has stuck with my pups! Our pug Boba, who is 6 years old, had a huge issue with barking and reactivity. Before training, anytime there was a loud noise, another dog, or even a person just a few feet away from us, he would immediately start barking and getting worked up to the point where he would do that pug scream, and no amount of reassuring would help. Walks were stressful and we constantly felt on edge trying to manage his reactions. Working with Yasin made such a difference. He was incredibly patient and really took the time to explain why Boba was reacting the way he was and what we could do about it. Instead of just trying to stop the barking in the moment, he helped us understand how to work through the behavior step by step. Everything he taught us felt realistic and doable in everyday life, which made it so much easier to actually stick with. One of the biggest moments for us was when we took Boba and his sister with us on a trip to Joshua Tree. Before training, something like that would have been stressful and probably not even enjoyable. But because of everything we learned from Yasin, it ended up being such a pleasant vacation. At one point we even stood and ate at a restaurant for almost two hours with multiple dogs around us, some of them were even reactive, and Boba was such a model citizen the entire time. It honestly felt amazing to see the difference. Because of Yasin's training, we actually feel confident bringing our dogs on vacations now, which is something we never thought we'd be able to do. Boba is a completely different dog in the best way possible, and we also feel so much more confident as owners because we now have the tools to handle situations that used to feel overwhelming. If you have a reactive dog or feel overwhelmed with training, we definitely recommend working with Yasin. He really cares about the dogs and the owners, and it shows.

Blue was three years old when I adopted him from the shelter and had been there for two years, essentially his entire life. He has a positive attitude and genuinely cares about his clients and their dogs. I truly wish I had found him sooner. I will continue working with Yasin and Empire K9 Dog Training to help Blue for as long as needed.

Raymond's training program was very thorough & we are very grateful for this program. Our dog Koda was 10 months old when he started the training program he had aggressive tendencies & would always require being carried into his kennel at night time for bed. When it came to walking our dog that wasn't even an option he wouldn't let us put a leash on his neck. After the training program with Raymond for five weeks, we saw significant changes. We were actually able to take him on walks & put a leash on him. When given a command he walks into his kennel without any issues. We highly recommend Raymond's training program.

Luna engaged in a lot of leash pulling and some reactivity when she would see other dogs. Luna is now able to walk calmly and does not overreact when another dog is around or near her. Nova is an anxious pup and her board and train helped her be exposed to public areas, while working on her obedience, learning to settle, gained more confidence in herself and does really well with leash walking. Raymond was thorough and explained things with care and patience on how to continue their training at home, answered any question and concerns we had and provided us with feedback when he had us practice the tools he used with our girls. Def would recommend and come back for extra support in the future if needed.

He is passionate about his work and this reflects in the way he teaches us how to work with our animals. I didn't bring the worse of my dogs to the training, but I am so happy with the end result with my rescue dog that I am returning for more classes with my "bad boys". Xavier is easy to talk to and he really does love and respect the animals and teaches us to do the same. He's funny and engaging during training. The smaller classes give a nice intimate feel so you get the attention you need from the instructor and you don't feel lost or afraid to ask if you need a little extra support. Thank you for helping me get Chanelly ready for her forever home where I know she'll for sure impress her new family with her good behavior.

We asked about training and he gave us a couple of great behavioral tips, particularly about dealing with a power breed but recommended we reach out after Anakin completes all of his vaccinations. We planned to start training after New Year's, but Anakin seemed to start his teenager phase early and while we socialized him as much as possible, he seemed to digress particularly with walking, so early December I reached out to Javier for the four 1:1 personal training sessions. We were able to schedule them rather quickly. Javier was very knowledgeable and communicative. He explained clearly how we can create a better connection with Anakin, how our own behavior affects his behavior, and why it was important we correct them. We learned new things that YouTube/Google couldn't have provided because Javier personalized the training around Anakin's breed and temperament. We had our kids attend the trainings as well so we all can get the same training and info, which incredibly improved Anakin's behavior because the training at home was consistent. He also helped build our kids' confidence in walking Anakin. We will be signing up for the group trainings for additional socialization as well as more 1:1 trainings. We fully trust in Javier's expertise in training our powerful yet crybaby of a Doberman. We highly recommend him!
