Instead of showing me the watches I was interested in and helping me navigate the models to meet my budget, she went straight into how bad buying pre-owned was (complete with a horror story that wasn't particularly believable). She even asked me what my budget was and when I told her, said replied "that's not gonna happen," (but I never even asked for a discount!!) The second another guest walked into the empty store, she immediately told us to wait while she helped the other woman (also very rude--I was there first). We walked out. Owner--You lost a customer for life today. If that woman worked for me, she'd be looking for another job.

Not only that the person who gave me the quote wasn't even the person who appraised the jewelry or who was able to appraise the jewelry. Just for fun I asked the sour faced woman who was looking at the jewelry what grade of diamonds they were and she said oh I don't know that guy will tell you referring to some guy who was loudly talking on the phone. No offer to get him, no offer to help. The only offer was their joke of a offer which literally was below 1% of retail value. Absolute trash --if they didn't want the jewelry they could've just said no thank you --but it's obvious they don't even know what they're looking at. Stay away if you have anything valuable. edit to reply to the comment underneath this review: i'm sorry if this was not clear, but the biggest problem I had was not so much the low offer - I am free to take or not take that whatever the case may be. My issue was with the rudeness and seeming lack of knowledge of the person who was assessing the jewelry. I asked her a basic question which could've been answered by the knowledgeable jeweler with a loupe/magnifier and not only was the lady rude -She didn't have an answer to my question. I can't see everything that goes on in your business, but it didn't seem to me that there was any consult with you as you were speaking on the phone loud enough for me to hear that you were having a conversation. So without any other information to go on, I'm left sitting there wondering why an offer was even made in the first place and what was I even doing there? My wife and I initially went to go get our wedding rings fixed and have the jewels tightened. They did a great job and Tahir gave an extended guarantee on their repairs. When one of the stones was still acting up, he honored the guarantee with no issues and even gave me a temporary ring to wear while my ring was being fixed. He was very responsive with communication over text message throughout the process. When our initial pick up time didn't work out he even delivered the ring to us personally, and he threw in a wonderful gift with it as well! I needed my engagement ring sized way, way down, and the whole process was explained to me (from the cleaning to the re-plating to the cleaning again). Pricing and timing were also clearly stated. Pricing seemed very fair (though I'm not working with any standard of comparison-- it was way less than I expected it to be): As for timing, I was quoted a week but told not to be surprised if I got a call on Monday or Tuesday (the ring was dropped off on Friday). What DID surprise me was getting a call Saturday morning to let me know the work was done and the ring was ready to be picked up. Y'all, I can't even tell there was work done to it except that it finally fits! There is nothing that visibly indicates this isn't exactly how my ring was from the very beginning. I'm ashamed to say in my excitement I forgot to get the name of the gentleman who helped me, but he was wonderful (and even greeted me by name when I came back in to get the ring). I simply cannot rave enough about the service and quality of work here. I'll be coming back for all of my jewelry-related needs.
