Well water supply and trash cans evenly dispersed for light gardening needs. Even before this time of social distancing I would come here to remember my most loved people. Then and now it's a very quiet place even though the sites are current and still attract family members from time to time. Across the street is a much older cemetery that you can tell has few visitors. Walking around noticing the dates you are made aware that after a few generations, not many families remember or visit their fore-bearers. But as I said, OLoL is more contemporary, and also still taking reservations. There's even a spot for me here if I so desire. But I don't. I like the idea of sky burial the best, maybe in a few decades that will be option in this country? Short of that just cremate me and dump my ashes in the Delaware River or other moving body of water.

One for a heads up and two because I was going to be on-site as I took off from work to be available. I reached out to Bracoloni several times to inquire about the engraving date, I was told I would be notified when I was "next up". I called and left a voicemail for the engraving to NOT be completed until I was contacted, they did NOT call me. A voicemail was left because the engraving on my sister's stone was not up-to par with what was finalized. I tried to prevent two stones from being sub-par by contacting them. I reached out again to ask if my voicemail was received to find out the engraving was completed the day prior! I never received a call, email or text prior to completion or after. I never received a call, email or text AFTER completion with a photo of the work. I found out after following up for the 3rd or 4th time it was completed. Asked for a picture and it is sub-par. Dissatisfied as it does not reflect what was signed off on and I am being told by "Bruce (the owner) that he has never heard anything so absurd" when I let him know the engraving wasn't perfect as he kept stating it was. This is a sensitive subject & job and Bruce care less. It was just about the money. On my initial visit, I was told I would not be contacted as this is a sensitive topic and I should reach out when I was ready. Bracoloni reached out every other day prior to me finalizing, after I finalized it was crickets. All communication stopped! After this incident, I spoke with the cemetery and called around only to find out there reputation is HORRIBLE. This is the only memorial place that Princeton Cemetery calls the family to confirm before allowing them on-site. Why? Because they have tried to engrave stones without permission!!! Unreal!!!!! If you call around to other memorial places, they know about Bracoloni Memorials and not for good reason!! The original owner of Bracoloni was very well and thorough, since Bruce took over, quality diminished. If you care for this loved one, do not allow Bracoloni to service their grave site. Also, the quote I was originally given was raised about $200+ when I went to finalize the engraving and no changes were made, just increased the price for no reason or explanation. I've reached out multiple times for resolution and I've attached his response.

On our previous visits we spoke with multiple staff members who indicated that because of the time that had passed they would have to research the issue and get back to us. It appears that due to staff turn over we were not provided with the requested information. In our attempts to settle the estate of the person who would be the owner of any burial plots if there were any, we again contacted the cemetery and this time we were spoke with Andrea Harvey who was very receptive to our need to resolve this matter. After checking the files she indicated that there were no other records indicating that he owned other burial sites at the cemetery, but she would continue to research the matter. A few days passed and we received a call that she had located additional information and there was in fact additional burial sites. I don't know how often this issue occurs and it is probably easier to just say, "that's what the records say", but Andrea went the extra mile and determined that our family members were in fact correct.
