I reached out, and surprise: no reply. Apparently communication is optional for her. Second appointment? She cuts it short because the tests "weren't done." Ma'am. You didn't even order them. But go ahead, blame me for your paperwork that never happened. I'll take responsibility for missing one visit -- that part was on me. But the next time we finally saw her, she came on acting like she was filming a reality show. Talking trash about my daughter's other doctors because they wouldn't do an unnecessary ultrasound. Both the pediatrician AND specialist said it wasn't needed... but sure, let's make it everyone else's fault again. Then she hits us with: "Do you really need to see me then?" Oh, I'm sorry, do you not remember the mile-long list of concerns you took notes on? Or did those magically disappear the minute the visit was over? And asking about switching providers? The way she got defensive -- lip smacking, head shaking, attitude on full display -- like she was auditioning to be the main character. Girl, relax. I'm just trying to get my kid proper care, not fight you in a parking lot. If you enjoy being ignored, blamed for things she forgot to do, and talked down to by someone who clearly has way too much on her plate, then by all means... book her. But if you actually want your child cared for, go literally anywhere else. Petty? Maybe. Accurate? Absolutely.

All of the nurses and doctors have been very thorough and kind, we were never rushed, they followed up with labs. The front desk staff were also very helpful and kind. The wait time was short as well.

I was charged $720 for new patient visit for mere 15 minutes with Nurse Practitioner, no labs or tests. Patient of clinic for 20 years, no idea would be charged for more than a normal televisit and 3×s urgent care. 2022 visit also misbilled and had to fight months to not pay $1,200 for routine labs coded incorrectly to insurance by Aurora. Horrible experiences.

I completely regret trusting Advent with my sinus issues. The initial visit was informative and…read morethey assured me that my deviated septum wasn't the main cause of my sinus issues and that a balloonoplasty and turbinate reduction would provide me relief. I also have a cyst in my maxillary sinus that was touched on in the appointment, but wasn't taken care of during the procedure. After the procedure, I had multiple cleaning appointments, all with different ENTs. None of them seemed to be on the same page with aftercare and concerns. I even had one ENT administer numbing spray and then leave the room after. I had a reaction to it and passed out alone in the treatment room. When she found me, she said it could happen sometimes. why leave me alone then? Anyways, each cleaning I insisted symptoms were not improving and they kept telling me keep giving it time. So i did, following aftercare thoroughly. When I had my last visit, I still didn't feel better even though I was supposed to be fully healed by then. I requested another CT scan to see if there was improvement from the procedure but they denied my request and told me to wait another 6 weeks to make sure everything was healed. Mind you, I was told I was healing on time and everything looked great. I seeked out a second opinion because I was tired of not being heard. Within one appointment with the new ENT i saw, she identified scar rings from the turbinate reduction that scarred onto my cartilage, creating an obstruction. She also said there's no way I could remove the cyst without fixing my septum diviation which is more serious than it was made out to be by Advent. So now I have to get a septoplasty, turbinate reduction to fix the scarring, fix my concha bullosa, and remove the cyst that has now taken over my entire sinus cavity. I wonder why none of the ENTs I saw at Advent after my procedure never mentioned seeing any of the scarring in my nose. I felt so dismissed throughout my time working with Advent. I'm so disappointed. They will not recieve a payment from me until this is sorted out. The images I shared are findings from a CT i got after everything i had done with Advent. This is from a different network of ENT.

Several sleep tests and CT scan and a few hundred dollars later I finally got to meet with a doctor for 5 minutes. All to be told this "in house" procedure that takes 15 minutes is not covered by insurance and will be several thousand dollars out of pocket. After getting a second opinion I was told by another ENT that their procedure is to fix chronic sinus infections not snoring and sleeping issues which is not even related to the reason I was a patient to begin with.

His bedside manner is professional and diplomatic, very important for a patient with his pants down, so to speak. Almost all sub-specialists are well educated and trained, the real difference in outpatient clinics is the support staff. Human beings in the office here answer the phones during business hours and are helpful and polite. The nurse and technicians working with the urologist are good, thorough and seem to be well trained. I only have two minor complaints, and both aren't limited to this clinic as these are minor problems through out the industry. First, and more irritating, I don't understand why none of the new 21st century communication technology is known to American medicine. I just easily scheduled my garage door repair (Springman, very good by the way) by email. For this and almost all medical offices, I have to play a very annoying game of 20th century phone tag. This is difficult for someone who works too much and time consuming especially since I work in buildings that don't have good phone reception. Not to mention my voice mails fill up daily with nuisance and nonsense. Second, and again quite common in medical clinics, only the physician gets to be Dr. I get demoted to Mr. I know most of you think I'm being pretentious but damn that doctorate was hard for me.
