When I first walked in the door, they like to make sure they take your money first. The lady at the window is very rude, nasty, and mean. I thought, "bad day" right? Even though it's morning. But the more I went there, the lady that answers the phone and takes your money when you visit there was still rude, nasty and mean. She hangs up on you, she doesn't like to listen to what you have to say. She just is rude all the way around. She has hung up the phone on me many times, when I was having an issue with the scripts that they had wrote out, she hung up the phone on my insurance company 2x. After the first initial visit, you never see the doctor again. He is never in the office. It's like, he is there your first visit and disappears. The two ladies are the only ones you see after that. You can't discuss anything with the doctor because he is at home sleeping and having the ladies do all the work. But I changed to a different place and was happy to tell the lady on the phone how I felt about her finally. I could have said more but she wasn't worth it. And she probably would have just hung up on me anyway. So I am happy to say good riddance and I hope you are shut down.

Have had several appointments with her and never a bad experience where I would not recommend her. Sometimes you have to wait a little but that is because she is at the hospital with another patient. The only downfall is she books up about 4 weeks out and you have to wait to get in. If you need this type of doctor, I recommend her without a second thought.

I told her that it was sent again by the pharmacy. The representative was very rude and condescending when I was talking to her on the phone. Then she lies to the doctor and tells the doctor that I said that they were not doing their job which I said no sort of thing. So the doctor left a message saying that I was assuming that they did not do their job. I don't have to lie about anything. You definitely have a dishonest person who lacks integrity that would lie about a simple conversation to make themselves look better. I wish you could pull up the phone conversation because I do not like being called a liar and for someone to say I did something that I know I clearly did not do. Y'all dropped the ball on this one. You never know what a person is going through when you talk to them on the phone. My brother passed away. My only objective and concern was to get my medication refilled and have less phone contact as possible and not to be mistreated by staff. The appointments are on time, the staff are friendly, and the facility is always clean! There is a Lab/X-ray center on the same floor (it shares a waiting room) which is extremely convenient if your doctor orders any tests. There has only been one occasion I had to go to a separate facility, but that was for a unique blood test. An advantage to the Wheaton system is they offer online scheduling, emailing with your doctor, prescription refill request, etc. through a program called "MyChart". I work weird hours, so this has been especially helpful for managing things I don't have time for during regular business hours. Also, I've been able to get results faster on my own without having to come to the office.

And that was the last in a long line of issues. 4/25/2022: And they just decided to not honor my appeal for the visit where the doctor ghosted me! It's good that they are so taxpayer funded that they don't need to bother with patients who actually have private insurance and pay all their bills on-time.
