This is my 2nd time going to them. I park outside, all year, so by the time spring/summer rolls around, my poor black coloured car looks terrible. I emailed to make an appointment, and let them know my pretty tight schedule, and even though I'm sure summer is so bonkers, they managed to get me in within the week. The girl on the phone was kind and professional, as well as the owner was great with responding to my emails quickly, to book me in a spot that would work with my schedule limitations. I get a mini detail, which is only $140 for my sized car. (Other places quoted me $240-$350 in the past.) They said about 2-3 hours, and it was literally done in just over 2 hours, and it looks great! Windows, door jams, carpets, seats.... Spotless! I'll never go anywhere else. Especially being a female, a lot of places have tried to tell me I needed extra stuff I don't need. These guys are honest, kind, good prices, and good service. Their location is also super convenient for me, less than a 10min walk to Gilmore Skytrain Station, so I can go get other errands done while I'm waiting for my car. These guys are awesome!! I was DD one night and one of my passengers had an... accident we'll call it that needed some detailing work done. I asked and received a quote within minutes the morning after, and was able to drop off my car at a time convenient to me. 3 hours later, it was all done, and they even cleaned my rubber car mats front and back, and the seats were spotless with no smell either. 5/5, would recommend! Brentwood Auto Detailing deserves the top spot for service and efficiency! I dropped off my vehicle days after some emails and phone calls, and after receiving a quote. So I dropped it off on a Friday and was told that it is ready for pick up on a Monday. I know that my car had to be in there for days because it needed a thorough cleaning. Once I got there to pick up my vehicle, I looked inside and I was shocked! It looked like a brand new car with a new car scent to it! Haha. They cleaned EVERYTHING inside and out. Ruined all my windows doing a ceramic coating and then when I called to say there was a serious issue with the service the owner started talking about how someone could put a gun to his head and he isn't afraid of no one, avoid this detailer if you are looking for accountability, integrity and service. Anyone who has had a similar experience please email me as I am filing a small claims lawsuit due to the fact my windows were all but destroyed in a new car. No accountability and when asked if had indemnity insurance to cover obviously botched jobs got yelled at over the phone. Don't bring your car anywhere near this shop. read more

Very happy with interior and exterior detailing although found some spots that they missed. Paid extra to get pet hair removed and they didn't do the areas around the windows (ceiling and wall) where dogs brush up against as they stick their head out or where they nuzzle my head by the seatbelt. There was also a sliding cover for a little cubby by my gearshift that hadn't been cleaned and was still gummy and dusty. Overall, small details in the grand scheme of things. Would still come back because they did a terrific job considering the starting state of my car. I bought the car from an outdoorsman who I suspect never cleaned it after his adventures in the woods and felt much better driving in something clean, fresh and without a trace of his dirtier than mine lifestyle. Would not recommend dropping by, this place is busy AF and you should defs make an appointment. I liked how the owner also gave me a call around the quoted finish time to update me on my car and let me know it would be another 45 mins to get the pet hair out. read more

In short, everything was mediocre. The engine was not properly cleaned and they missed several spots that should have been polished. I was concerned they wouldn't wash my diesel engine but they reassured that it would be done. Later I see that it was not washed properly. Either do it properly or don't do it at all. Terrible. Left areas of the car that were untouched. Gave 2 stars because the interior was average and I want to be fair but the exterior was terrible. Brought in my pretty scratched up BMW 328i and was inspected on first arrival. Curtis explained what had to be done in order to renew the paint to be back to good condition and said they'll add some interior detailing and stuff. I was told the car would be ready for pickup at 4:30 but had a meeting until 6 and Curtis gladly keep my car until I finished the meeting! Car looks so different when I pick it up and looks brand new even the smell too! overall I am clearly impressed with their job and would definitely comeback later on! read more

I really, really wanted to give this place 5 stars. I was prepared to when I first picked up my car. Honestly, I feel horrible giving it 3 but I thought it may help avoid some grief for any potential customers who are as picky about their car as I am. Based on the reviews, I came here for an interior detail as well as wash and wax. I generally wash my own car but I was short on time this week. The staff are kind and hardworking, and they take their time with your vehicle. The prices are reasonable. They even buffed scratches out from my trunk and back bumper for free. When I went to pick up my car I was very pleased with the results and the service. Since it was nearing their closing time I didn't take a very close look at my car.. my mistake. Unfortunately, I have to knock off two stars for two main reasons - one is that they completely missed one side mirror -- I'm not sure how as I got an exterior wash and wax and there was obviously bug splatter and a bit of bird poop on that particular mirror. They had my car for approximately 7 hours. I understand they have other customers but I do think it's a bit strange to overlook this. The other reason is that I have a black car, and when I saw it in the sun the following week I noticed a bunch of swirl marks that weren't there before I'd taken it in for the wash. I'd like to give these guys the benefit of the doubt but I am EXTREMELY particular about my car -- to the point that I dry it with an Adam's Sidekick Blaster rather than towels when I wash it myself to avoid swirls. If I get a scratch on my paint I generally notice it straight away and it bothers me until I get rid of it. It's not a Lamborghini or even a Lexus by any means but I'm just picky like that. I had just gotten a full-body 2-stage machine polish a few weeks prior to bringing my car here, with no other washes in between. The swirls definitely were not there before, and they definitely didn't appear out of nowhere. Don't get me wrong -- if I had a car of any colour other than black or if I weren't so particular this would probably be a 5 star review. The staff are great. I'm inclined to believe that if I contacted them with my issues, they'd find a way to fix them for me. But it is what it is and unfortunately, I wouldn't want to risk the possibility of even more swirls in the paint and ultimately I may have to look into another paint correction to get rid of the swirls. read more

These guys did it again - an amazing job cleaning a VERY dirty car that belongs to my father. He no longer drives and we are selling the vehicle so needed to clean it up to sell. The leather beige colored seats were filthy and the carpets were in really bad shape. The whole interior dashboard needed cleaning, it was probably 10 years since it had been wiped, never mind cleaned. Every nook and cranny needed attention. The car looks like new again! I was advised to see Curtis to remove scratches on my 2014 Honda (hood, roof & trunk) - from an unfortunate snow-scraping incident! I was informed by my car dealership, as well as two other professionals that these scratches were deep, and would likely be difficult to simply "buff out".... to my amazement, Curtis & the staff here removed ALL of these prominent scratches on my car. From the first person I met - who washed my car - to the guys that were in charge of fixing the scratches - to the gentleman at the front desk; I can honestly say this was the best experience I have ever had in any car dealership, mechanic, or detailing shop --- by far. I've never written a Yelp review- I've only ever used it to look up restaurants etc! Just took my absolutely filthy car in there yesterday, and I was amazed as to how clean it was. I wanted all the stickers removed, since it was a "new to me" car. Got a call that it was going to take a good half hour to take it off, and did I really want them to take the extra time. Great Service! Great Price! Great Job! I needed an engine shampoo as my mechanic had found signs of mice droppings and urine. Firstly having the link to get a quote and then booking an appointment was effortless. These guys did an amazing job, the engine looks brand new and I am relieved to have it sanitized.
