I damaged my front bumper and scratched the bottom of my car by accident. I searched for a highly rated ICBC auto shop in the neighbourhood and found this Mountain Hwy Collision Repairs and Auto Glass. I saw a lot of good reviews about it, so I brought my car to this auto shop for a quote. The owner Mat helped me to check on the car carefully and explained to me what needed to be repaired or replaced clearly. He sounded fairly honest and provided a quote to me. Finally I decided to let this auto shop repair my car. I received an excellent customer service. I got a very clean courtesy car. The admin lady Lisa was very diligent that she would call and report everything in detail a couple of times during the repair. The repair was done perfectly. I had no complaints about it. The best part was that I had to return the courtesy car by 5pm, but I got stuck in traffic from Langley to Coquitlam and would not be able to make it until 7pm. The owner Mat would wait for me to come and make sure I could drive safely and returned the courtesy car before the weekend. I would highly recommend this auto shop to others if they need to fix or repair the cars due to car accidents. read more

My car was hit, hard, in a parking lot. Brought it in for an estimate and was able to be scheduled for repair right away (they checked for parts needed before the booking and it was all good). They also had a courtesy car ready for me immediately without any hassle. My car was ready before they thought it would be, but I was headed out for a weekend away and that was OK - picked up my car on the Monday morning and the repairs were perfect and the car spotless in and out. Recently had my Infiniti QX60 repaired here - great service throughout! Front desk: welcoming, efficient, and thoughtful. Lisa, an ex-ICBC professional, certainly knows her stuff. She gave me a very thorough and reasonable quote within minutes after checking out the damages, and the quote turned out to be very accurate.. I sent my car in for repair on Monday and was told to pick it up on Friday. On Thursday I got a call from Lisa that she would like a couple of extra hours Friday morning to have the car cleaned again - she wasn't happy about the initial cleanup and stressed that they could do better than that. Body shop: the repair was flawless. Thanks to Lisa, they even cleaned up the tape marks left on some parts of the car when it was used as a demo car. It was literally shining inside and out when I picked it up on Friday as originally scheduled. Coming from the service industry myself, I am impressed with the way Lisa and her colleagues treat their customers. Went to this place since they're next door to garage we have at 5 star experiences with and were ICBC Car Valet so I figured it would be less hassle. Owner gave me usual song & dance about painting so it would look like new and they'd send truck out for alignment check and rim repair after someone pulled out of their lane into my wheel. Maybe 2 square inch surface scuff that could likely be buffed out and he wanted to repaint entire door and if I paid him extra money he'd paint over the beginnings of some surface rust. Talked with ICBC that it was in fact okay to not paint vehicle but simply repair the damaged rim and confirm alignment of wheel and rear differential was not damaged. Showed up at shop this AM for my appointment, no Hertz rental guy and then owner tells me it's "all or nothing", he either paints door and arranges the wheel repair or he's not doing it despite what ICBC said. It's the law he said.. Needless to say, I won't be going back and have notified ICBC. Clean waiting area though. read more

My husband ran into our neighbours car and damaged the bumper. Since the repair was coming out of own pocket, we went and bought a CAPA certified primed bumper cover, then started looking for a place to spray it to match... we spoke to a number of places and got lots or warnings about using a CAPA (and not OEM) part and lots of what seemed like very pricey quotes to paint it WITH the caveat "that it might not fit the vehicle, or match the body". Enter Mountain Hwy Collision! They also gave the same caveats BUT also provided the solution - they would provide a courtesy car to our neighbour, so he could bring his vehicle in so they could FIT THE PART before painting (to make sure it fit), and also MATCH THE COLOUR to the vehicle perfectly, and then mount it on the vehicle!!! All we had to do was pay the bill, which with all this additional service the SAME as most other placed to just spray the unmounted cover. And the job looks perfect!!! So in summary: Great, great service at a better price than the other places. OH I forgot the mention they were going to see if the damaged cover could be repaired (allowing us to return our part) but as it happens it was necessary to replace due to some broken clips. But still - they were really looking out for their customers. Its not that often I think a place has really gone above and beyond the norm but I could not be more impressed with Mountain Hwy Collision. THANKS!! read more

I took my car there after an accident, and they fixed it quickly, provided me a courtesy car, were kind and efficient through the whole process. They even buffed out some old scratches for free when they polished my car, my car looked brand new. I'd take my car to them again in heartbeat if I needed to. read more

Hello all, I found Mountain Hwy Collision through Google Maps and Yelp. I was skeptic at first, but that quickly changed after the fist meeting. They showed total professionalism, they knew right away what papers needed to be filled up, answered all my questions and immediately gave us a really nice and clean courtesy car. We were treated like FAMILY from the first second we stepped in. They made a special point to acknowledge our children who were in the back seat. The job took a few days, which included a few panels that needed to be repainted and new tires installed as the vehicle was vandalized. As the days passed by, the service kept updating us on the progress of our vehicle. After they finished the job, they walked us through all the steps they took. Matching the vehicle metallic color was dead on! To our surprise, the vehicle was professionally detailed - you could of eat from the floor it was soo clean! They did a wonderful job repairing and painting my car and went above and beyond to wash and clean my car. Unfortunately for me, this company did not stand behind their work. After having some repairs done the the vehicle, I found that water was leaking in the back of the car. They made an attempt to fix it, but it was a temporary solution, and it started leaking again. In following up with them to try to have this fixed, I was not necessarily looking for a free/unpaid solution, but they were still not interested in helping. read more

I had my first ever car accident the other day (not counting one or two previous encounters with stationary objects) and, on top of all the other stressors, I had no idea where to take my car. ICBC sent me a list of accredited collision repair shops, and I just randomly picked one of the names. I could not have made a better choice if I'd known what I was doing. Mountain Highway Collision is awesome! They were very friendly and professional. I immediately felt that my car and I were in good hands ... and I was right. They even arranged for my rental car to be the same make and model as my own, which was a thoughtful touch. When I picked up my car today, I hardly recognized it! The repairs were beautifully done and it was almost like I'd never had the accident in the first place (I wish!) The car positively sparkled. It was like it had been to the vehicle spa - they even managed to hide the various scratches from previously mentioned immovable obstacles. The interior was so clean, I briefly considered never allowing my kids to ride in it again. All in all, they made a negative experience (the accident) as positive as possible.
