Last week, I was in desperate need of a car cleaning. Had an important guest from out of town arriving the next day and both of the cars were a mess. I called, and was told that they would be able to squeeze me in that day. A truly fantastic job, the vehicles smelled clean; not that overpowering clean, just a nice clean smell. Do not use they will waste your time. Horrible customer service no communication unless you nag them, and they keep your vehicle WAY longer than your told. Took almost 2 weeks to put on a new front bumper on my 2018 f150. Finished product was ok ill give them that but wouldnt recommend this buisness! read more

There was some delay on parts ordered but they were so apologetic about this even though it wasn't their fault. We were so pleased with our car when we got it back. DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR BUSINESS. There is a reason that they are one of the only shops that have open space, because they are a shit show. I was promised in the very beginning of bringing my truck to the shop that at the very most my truck would be ready in 3 weeks. My truck ended up in the shop for 3 MONTHS. Every single day I would call, the shop would promise that the truck would be ready "tomorrow or the next day FOR SURE" this was NEVER true. The shop would always promise to return my call, and not once did they EVER call me to give me any updates. They told me multiple times that my truck was "currently being painted" and then when I would call back the day after, I would be told that my truck had not even started the painting process. My truck was "currently being painted" for WEEKS. After being promised a courtesy car after waiting 3 weeks, I finally got a courtesy car about 2 months after I was guaranteed a car. I got the car on Monday, and the following Friday they called me two hours before their shop was closing for the long weekend. They told me that they needed the car back, and if I didn't return the car before their shop closed in two hours, that they would send me a bill for a couple hundred dollars for not returning it. I live in Chilliwack and their shop is in Langely. I told them that I would not be off work in time. The shop owner told me that I could leave the car outisde their shop after they closed, leave the keys on the ground, and hitchhike home. When I went to pick up my vehicle, they made me wait in the office for about a half hour while they sat and did nothing and would occasionally stare at me. This was after they told me I had to come to the shop immediately to drop off the car cause it was "urgent". To top it all off, when it was finally my turn, they mixed up my keys and someone else's, and gave MY keys to someone else. read more

After having been on the receiving end of a rear end collision, I contacted my trusted local auto mechanic and he highly recommended Jan's Precision Auto Body. I can tell you that the work done was almost perfect. Almost may sound like an issue, but it is what made this experience even better than expected. It was difficult finding parts for my 10-year-old Subaru and while I thought the repair was perfect, on final inspection the team at Jan's were not happy with the quality of the replacement taillight assembly. They ordered a replacement and had me come back a couple of weeks later to make everything perfect. Now, six months later I am still totally pleased with the quality of the repair work. First time accident, left unsure with where to take vehicle, asked around and heard great things about Jan's. Went with them, and feel like I had a brand new car returned. READ BEFORE YOU GO. Had my vehicle brought into the shop when it was damaged in an icbc claim work was done fairly good few minor things (Hood wasn't straight, bumper stuck out on the side) but the worst of it was they refused to take responsibility for a cable that was not tightened causing my car to stall a day later and costed me for the tow bill and shop repairs. I have been going to Jan's for auto body repairs for years (and several different cars). They are the best auto body shop ANYWHERE! The excellent, expert work is actually matched with the remarkably good customer service. I have never been disappointed. I had to go in this month for some damage to my rear bumper. Reilly told me to bring it in so that he could take a look. He buffed it out right on the spot and within 15 minutes had it looking perfect again. He wouldn't let me pay him and I didn't have to pay the $300 deductible for my claim. Great old fashioned goodwill. I am a loyal customer and always recommend Jan's Precision Auto Body. read more

These are good people. I do most of my own work on cars but I can't weld. I had a piece that needed some welding done so I asked around Langley and eventually found my way here. Not only were the staff incredibly pleasant and helpful, but the immediately grabbed their welder who fixed my part right up on the spot. I can't comment on the quality of their larger repair work, but character goes a long way and I wouldn't hesitate to bring a car back to them. read more

Amazing job and customer service!! They went above and beyond to make sure the work was done impeccably and promptly. After a collision the bodywork was fine...but they were not willing to look after some missed damage re bent wheels and a brake shudder in front end...not sure why as it was related to accident. So had to take to another shop myself and get reimbersed directly from ICBC. Would have been nice if they atleast tried submitting to ICBC for authorization of repair...but didn't seem to want to be bothered. read more

There was a time where I would have recommended Jan's autobody to anyone. In fact have used them several times. However, their service has gone down the tubes in my eyes. They flooded my daughter's Mazda RX8 and caused substantial damage and now won't own up to it or reimburse her for the damage. The Mazda dealer backed up my daughter's claim and still they will not accept responsibility for the damage they caused. To top everything off they called her down to their shop just to tell her they were not going to reimburse her for the damage and then proceeded to bait her. She was asking for the tow fee to the dealership, the extra day of car rental she had and $50.00 that it cost her to have the motor deflooded. Maybe $200 to $300. There were more repairs that stemmed from the damage, however, she wasn't asking for that. The rudeness and poor service is inexcusable. Trust me ICBC and BBB will hear about this. June O read more

This repair shop was great! The staff were just fantastic, very accommodating, helpful and friendly. I arrived quite early to my appointment and they were still able to get the rental there fairly soon after I dropped off my vehicle. When I picked it up the car looked amazing, both inside and out!
