The staff is consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful whenever I have questions or need an item put on hold. One thing I especially appreciate is how kind everyone is, including the security guards. The two usual security guards are always so sweet and have even grabbed my cart for me or put it away when I'm heading out. Small gestures like that really make a difference and make the store feel welcoming. Sometimes I'll take my dog in because we just come from the dog park and I don't want to leave him in the car and their always so sweet to him and I let him pick out a toy because he loves the toys here. Compared to some other TJ Maxx locations that can feel disorganized, slow to restock, or less friendly, this location stands out. The store feels safe, well maintained, and has a genuinely positive atmosphere. Everyone always smiles back and seems happy to help. This is easily my favorite TJ Maxx in the area, and I always enjoy shopping here. I never leave empty handed here because the restocks are too good!!

Wow, their skin care is such a great value and wide selection of what you need. It is much cheaper than going to your Sephora or Ulta. The kitchen section is always stocked up with fun essentials. Their customer service is great and so helpful. There are hardly ever any lines. The parking lot does have tight tight spots.

Ever had your BLOOD PRRESSURE rise while dealing with T-mobile, comcast, verizon etc? THATS becase…read morethey are all LIARS and con artist like Brittany at this Aurora Marketplace store where they remodeled for no special reason other than making you think you hadn't been there and had that BAD experience there. Unfortunatley, I remembered one thing, THE AWFUL lady who lIED about everything she said. I asked HOW MUCH? I'm OLD & on LOW INCOME I was stuck at the small office with 4 salespeople and me, the only cuastomer who has regretted forever doing so. This young lady heard my spiel about being old , being taken advantage of by COMCAST etc and JUST wanting a simple cell phone. Instead I get cornered with this BIG BAG OF digital JUNK... I told her it was a waste as I would just be returening it all. THAT IS when I ASKED the question..HOW many days do I have to return this without paying? SHE said 20 days. At least that got me out of there. I tried to return the bag the next day SUNDAY but they were closed. I did so on Monday, May of 2024 with a smile on my face and I thanked her very much but this does not work for me. BRITTANY yelled at me, OK that will be $350.00 for the restocking fee???WTH ?? I asked her before I left is there a charge? NO 20 days. So I was feeling HAD already, having comcast for years and watching them screw all low-income people. I was lit at her nasty remark of $350.00 for restocking an iphone and some unopened widgets ? whatever. and this was clearly before 20 days. I told her, she could place them back on the shelf herself as no other customers were in there either. THEN the corker, BRITTANY the manager, says to me" I'LL RUIN YOUR CREDIT." and she did she now has a $1,753.23 claim against me. I went back there a few times to try & figure who I talk to besides that snot? No one remebered her, said THE longest working agent had been there only 4 months and him only 2 days FAST TURN OVER LOUSY SERVICE and the horrible manager BRITTANY who has the power to ruin credit to those she dislikes. NEVER in my life heard of a restocking fee without being told. I obviouosly would never have taken anything but her hard sell and her telling me IT'S ALL FREE ? I told her nothing is free and how long do I have to decide? That was me beinmg polite, I never intended on keeping any of it. I tried to tell her I wasn't interested in tech just a cell phone

Decent little shopping center. A couple other non-noteworthy shops as well.) Pretty well maintained, large parking lot. I go there primarily for the Safeway, Dollar Tree, and on occasion, the T.J. Maxx; only because it's right there, otherwise I wouldn't go out of my way to go to this T.H. Maxx location. It's smaller than most stores, clothing selection sucks, at least for women, BUT does have a good selection of discounted home furnishings and decor, which is the primary reason I go there.

I think there was weekly that just ended or something else as it was a bunch of younger boys with their parents grabbing boosters and other TCG accessories. The staff members here were patient and conversing with the parents and child which I always appreciate when the kiddos are included. They were also friendly and helpful to not only us but the other customers too. They had quite a bit of different products to browse from TCGs, comics, board games and much more. The prices were fair too! They have a refrigerator with lots of different types of beverages. I also asked if they were dog friendly, which they are as long as they don't make a mess so I brought in our two fur babies who got some pets from the staff. The store is organized well as well as plenty of room to walk around. They had a few long tables and chairs for weeklies or just casual hang outs as there were some players just opening One Piece packs.

You walk in and the back of the counter is just loaded with every ETB you can think of. It makes you wonder how they got them. It's places like these that make Pokemon card collecting less enjoyable. Honestly, go support Curio in MLT. Those are good, honest people who love the fun of collecting and you'll pay only $75 for an ETB.

I wish there were 100 more people like you in the world! _____________________ Do not buy makeup or hair products or skin care (anything maybe except clothes and home products) at Burlington Honestly, be careful buying products at Burlington. A lot of the stuff on the shelves is already opened and clearly used or tested by other people. Then if you buy something, notice a weird smell or texture, and decide to return it without even using it, they won't accept the return. I get no returns for sealed products (perfume etc), but when items are already open and touched by who-knows-how-many people, refusing returns just doesn't make sense. Buy at your own risk ‍ or don't buy at all honestly I honestly recommend buying at Marshalls instead -- way better overall, cleaner products, and a much better buyer experience.
