I've had waxes that lingered on for 90 minutes, and I've had some quicker jobs that left me with clumps of wax on my legs and patches of hair leftover - let me tell you, both of these sorts of experiences are nightmares to endure. The staff seem knowledgeable and Thierry is very friendly and positive both times I've come in. Prices are a bit higher than a regular salon for basic waxing but I suppose that's because they are dedicating to only waxing here. I've never felt pressured to buy products and they make it easy to reschedule appointments. I highly recommend.

I went recently and had another great experience. I usually schedule with Caroline, who is amazing, but she wasn't available so they put me with someone who was and she was also amazing! Angelique was very friendly, really fast, and efficient too. I haven't had a bad experience with EWC yet and I don't think I will anytime soon!
